At first glance, the hotel reception was fine, but once inside the room, it was a disaster. The room was dirty, the sheets were filthy, and both my beds were covered in stains, clearly not changed since the previous day, just like the bathroom rug (I have photos to prove it). I don't understand how they can rent rooms like this and charge us €24. I expect a full refund for this disastrous night. As a tired traveler, all I did was ask for the sheets to be changed, which was thankfully done, except for the one I had on the way there, which wasn't removed or changed, so the sheets were still directly on the mattress. Travelers, steer clear of this hotel, and Trip, it would be best if you removed this hotel from your list of recommended options because it's causing you harm, and I can't be the first to complain.

If you're traveling alone, Pakbeng is a great place to stay for one night. The bed was clean and they even provided drinks, shampoo, body soap, and toilet paper. However, the shower and toilet for people staying in the dormitory were in the same private room, which was a bit inconvenient. There was also no air conditioning! However, there were several large fans, which were more than enough to keep you cool. Oh, and I forgot my hairdryer, but when I told the staff, they kindly lent me one. Thank you!

The hotel's location is quite good, and the best part is the beautifully landscaped grounds. Although it's located in the city, it feels like you're in a forest. The restaurant's service is good, but the food isn't fantastic.
