Good locations good views you can go to night market nearby. Close to city. 4th. Floor had great views to Maekong River and Pakse City. Breakfasts also good, but eggs are cold.  Rooms needs more cleaning, it’s smells like they using dirty mopping smells like per, I have to open the windows to be able to sleep. Good things weather not hot. Every restrooms got broken locks (we booked 3 rooms 3 nights). Also restrooms quite small water pressure of washing sink too strong if not careful, you can make the room wet. Over all stool meet the badger to stay here.

I would recommend friends and families to get a room here cause all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Love it there and there swimming pool😁 my daughter loves their breakfast.

Excellent hotel right on the river front. Nice views from pool on roof. Room was spotless, beds were comfortable, bathroom had good hot water and water pressure. Air con was good. There are night markets with food and entertainment in both directions on the waterfront, and several restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk was helpful. Was my favorite hotel in Laos.

Excellent place to stay. Clean room with good breakfast. We love the walking street in the front at night.

It was easy to find using navigation. The room was great, the spacious courtyard was very relaxing, and the coffee was delicious. I'll definitely return for my next business trip.

Very nice hotel

This hotel has a prime location right on the Mekong River. It's close to dining and attractions, and very convenient for getting around.

Great view great location with night market in front the hotel

This hotel is nicely located the river. And is just in front of the Night Market. But generally the area is a bit lackluster. There are 102 restaurants and coffee shops nearby doesn't appear to be a really vibrant area. The hotel has only one elevator and strangely enough easily accessible staircases . Rather odd. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming and the coffee really not drinkable. But all in all a bad experience and reasonable for the price

This is the one of the best hotels that I've stayed in since I've been traveling throughout Southeast Asia. The room had a great smell and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I booked the river view room type. But when I checked in the hotel front desk gave us city view rooms. That was bad. Hotel location is nice.
