It's a worst hotel I live, with this hot weather I live without airconditioner thare is only fan and they don't know how to talk English it's really bad experience..

I booked a budget room, but I didn't expect that there was no air conditioning and the temperature in the room was over 40 degrees. The electric fan does not help at all. The stairs are not up to standard and can only be stepped half way down. When going downstairs, you have to walk sideways. I went to the reception desk and told them that such a room cannot be rented to tourists. They said that there are air-conditioned rooms, but they have to pay extra. I had no choice but to add 7 US dollars according to their request. When I asked for a receipt, they said they could not give me the extra money. Issue receipts. The power and water were cut off at 6 o'clock the next morning. I contacted them and they said they would have electricity and water until 8 o'clock. I request your platform to strictly review the facilities of its hotels, and the information reported to tourists should be as accurate as possible. For example, there is no air conditioning, and economy rooms cannot be used to cover everything up. Thanks

The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. There is no air conditioning, it is on the order, but the store said it is not available in foreign languages. There is no hot water.

If I give a bad rating staying 4 days at the hotel they never cleaned my room and I had to go to reception to get soap and towel Not good service at all

Big room, clean, friendly staff, good wifi most of the time

Toothbrush, towel, slippers, shampoo and shower gel, nothing

Hôtel is OK and some staff were pleasant.. However the area has lots of dogs. If you are lucky enough not to be attacked getting to the hotel then those dogs will definitely stop you sleeping. There are a few dining options within a kilometer but most of the bars restaurants are a good half hour walk away

What to say about this place where we arrived, tired of 300 km of local bus... Reception nonexistent at this point, it's rare... 3 young people who intercalated their gaze between the phone and the friend to see who would do the work on our arrival. Not one understands a word of English, not one who moves... And ended up outside with their motorcycles and phones... The boss speaks French, hangs with us for 3-4 minutes and disappears showing me a table where the glasses and KF for tomorrow morning. Actually, no KF, just basic teabags and hot water. No advice, nothing, an indifference rarely seen in Laos (and I have known since 2005). Miserable room, neon lighting like a waiting room, shower not cleaned, bedding blah.., I had to stay there for two nights (very expensive. The next day I lost my payment. Left... Poor!!!
