Nice place

The real experience is pretty good in all aspects. This price is still comparable in Athens, but if you don't have a car, it's still not very convenient to travel

The room is spacious and has a good view. The breakfast is rich and the lobby bar is suitable for business exchanges and small meetings. I saw a lot of business activities during my stay. It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel to the harbor and the civic activity center.

The location is average, the transportation is not convenient. The service is OK, but the rooms near the street are very noisy, the sound insulation is relatively poor, and there are all kinds of car and motorcycle noises downstairs in the middle of the night.

This is definitely the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at, both domestically and abroad. 1. The bathroom is totally different from the pictures, it is old and shabby. The sewer is seriously clogged, and the toilet paper is not replenished when it is gone. 2. The so-called park view is just a big dome. 3. For some reason, the room suddenly loses power at night. I called the front desk to ask, and they only said coldly, "I will tell you after checking." By the way, we lived on the 5th floor, and there was an elevator that could never be pressed on the 5th floor!

The hygiene was terrible; the towels were all dirty.

The breakfast was good. It was the only hotel I had seen that had hot soup for breakfast. The cleaning was also timely. The attitude of the front desk staff was average. The attitude of the staff I met when I checked out was particularly bad. They actually charged us for the mineral water that the staff brought to the room every day and put in the refrigerator. We stayed for six nights and spent 30 or 40 euros for a room. Each bottle of mineral water was 2 euros, and the supermarket only sold two bottles for 1 euro. The main problem was that this was the first time I encountered a hotel that charged for the mineral water that was delivered every day. Weird things happen everywhere.

I stayed at the Marriott a few days before arriving in Greece. The advantage is that there is a shuttle bus to Constitution Square, but the location is relatively far from the Acropolis. The disadvantage is that the service is extremely poor, the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. It was the first time I encountered a situation where bottled water in the room was only delivered in limited quantities on the first day. No one always answered the phone. The breakfast was very average, much worse than the InterContinental and Grand Hyatt next door. It is far better than the domestic Four Seasons Hotel.
