It was amazing, just go there for five days without thinking! Take a blind opinion. The water is especially amazing. Excellent staff! The food was great. Nice environment and great choice of banners. The activities are great and so are the ingredients of the food.

Rakkh resort in palampur is a beautiful property to relax, rejuvenate and unwind. Surrounded by nature n mountains a great getaway from the routine urban life. The rooms are well maintained, warm ,neat and loaded. The staff is very polite, courteous and well trained and they make sure you are comfortable. The food served is fresh and yummy. Loved their live stations of Maggie and eggs, fresh juice, Chai n pizza. Also loved the dhaam they arranged one night for dinner ***** with live local folk music by local artistes in traditional Kangra attires. The guided village walk, trip to the monastery, trek to the temple of a local diety where the locals offer grains, sugar, jaggery and their harvest...by Anil is very interesting and enjoyed the whole experience and all the information shared by Anil with full enthusiasm. Their kitchen staff is also very good and give a personal touch... Sunny attended to us very well. Their manager Swati makes sure that you are looked after well and are comfortable. And definitely not to miss their pets Tina and Talli ,who are very friendly and walk ***** with you on your treks. Overall a fantastic experience and enjoyed breathing in fresh and pure air and soaking in the vibes.

This resort is epitome of great service and treating customers right. Firstly thanking the entire staff we got welcomed by Rohit ji, Rajesh ji, Sunny ji, Netra ji (the famous Nepali chef), Anil ji and also extending my thanks to Swati ji for being the perfect host. The staff at this resort literally takes you on an experience ***** with indoor/outdoor activities, giving you an ultimate getaway. ‘Home away from home’ is what I would sum my review for Rakkh. Our stay at Rakkh Resort was nothing short of a gastronomic and musical extravaganza. The live band added a delightful rhythm to our evenings, creating a perfect ambiance.Their 24 hr dedicated pizza and Maggie live stations is perfect for young and old. Rakkh Resort, where every bite is a celebration and every note is a memory!

The problem with most hill stations (esp during peak season) is the traffic & the crowds. Rakkh resort, on the other hand, is the perfect getaway in the lap of nature with beautiful views of the mountains, luxuriously appointed rooms, extremely friendly staff and lots of in-resort activities. They have created multiple experiences & activities within the resort which keeps families fully occupied. A good place to spend 2-3 nights if you want to get away from the plains!

Photos speak for themselves. We really enjoyed our stay out here. We stayed for only 1 night but we strongly suggest to stay minimum 2-3 nights to enjoy whole lot of activities they offer for free as part of the room package. Three time food besides evening snacks are part of package besides you can self cook Maggie, pizza, have fresh fruit juices, make tea as per your convenience. On site Spa is from Tattva, a very renowned chain and is reasonably priced (60 minute massage starts at Rs 3500). Staff is so attentive that they even remember your name by heart. Swati, the resort manager explains everything in detail at the time of check in. She ensures your well being not only during your stay but even before and after to ensure you reach home safely. We went for an evening stroll to the nearby river with hotel staff and were served biscuits and cookies (no extra cost). Few things that resort management must work upon : 1. Bathroom overhead shower speed is very low and the temperature of water keeps changing drastically and hence makes it so uncomfortable. 2. Access to swimming pool can be made from other side also, so that those staying uphill need not walk down to go to the pool. 3. One additional electric cart should be made available to bring guests to restaurant or to reception area. Currently the waiting time is as high as 15 minutes. Last note : Not disabled friendly or old age people or those with legs issue as the resort is constructed on a hill, so you cannot avoid to walk/climb steep walkway.

Excellent experience with family and friends. Lot to do in this resort. Very large property and few rooms , so low density. Food is good. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Ms Swati (GM of Rakkh resort) gave personal attention to each one. Lots of activities for kids also

My wife and I experienced 2N & 3D of sheer bliss at Rakkh! Swati and her staff paid attention to every single detail and ensured that we had a great experience. Add to it the charm of the location, green environs, immersion to local culture, which make it a wholesome fair. This is a gem nested in the Dauladhars, ensuring you never have a dull moment!

Stayed with 4 family members. Rakkh Resort offers an unparalleled experience with breathtaking views and top-notch service. Nestled amidst the serene hills of Palampur, this resort combines rustic charm with modern comforts. The views around are incredible from everywhere. We enjoyed hiking and cycling. Kid enjoyed the experience of making Maggi and Pizza(from scratch). Fresh juices can be made anytime in the station. The spring water available and fresh peaches inside the resort can make one awe of nature. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, providing a perfect escape from city life. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature's lap! The food and Dhaam esp. is really wonderful. Special thanks to General Manager Swati for making the stay comfortable and special. The staff under her leadership is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay. Will definitely come back again for a longer stay.

This was one of the best properties we’ve been to! It was the perfect retreat to relax and engage in activities out of the usual. We loved the time there, be it in service, quality, or food. One of the best parts was the pahadi food experience. It made us feel the culture of the people around us. Other than that, all of the property amenities were great fun like archery, weaving and pottery. Definitely recommend it!

Had a very fun experience. Swati made our stay wonderful. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. There are many activities out of which we enjoyed trekking the most. At this time the flowers and fruits were in season as well. Recommend everyone to enjoy this property atleast once.
