Amazing experience, the staff was polite, the property was beautiful and well built, the rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious. The resort is built at the most perfect location with the beautiful view from everywhere in the resorts. It had all the facilities, game room, gym, orchards, gardens, swimming pools, spa and what not. We didn't even want to leave the property to go explore the city. Hands on one of the best resort experiences one can get.

My stay at Araiya Palampur – A Norwood Heights Resort was truly wonderful. The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by scenic mountain views and fresh natural surroundings, hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff was polite, attentive, making the entire experience warm and memorable. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service throughout the resort was excellent. Room service was prompt, housekeeping was efficient, and the staff ensured every small requirement was taken care of professionally. Cleanliness was maintained at a very high standard across the property. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, and outdoor areas were spotless and well-maintained. Overall, the resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. The peaceful surroundings and premium hospitality make it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palampur.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Araiya Palampur. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with stunning surroundings and a really relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall vibe of the property made our stay very memorable. The food was definitely one of the highlights. Everything was fresh, delicious and prepared with great care. A special mention to Puneet, Amit and Gaurav from the food and service team, who were extremely attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The chef also personally came to speak with us and cater to our preferences, which was a really thoughtful touch. A special thank you to Siya and Shashi from the management team as well. They were very welcoming, showed us around the property and the rooms, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Another great feature, especially for anyone travelling by electric car, is that the property has a plug point where you can connect your EV charger and charge your vehicle. This was extremely convenient for us and is definitely worth mentioning for EV owners travelling to Palampur. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Araiya Palampur. Beautiful property, amazing fresh food, peaceful surroundings, great hospitality and genuinely caring staff. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palampur.
