Yemek çok kötü aç kaldık bedava olsa insan yemek için buraya gelmez ama otelin odaları çok güzel yemeğini yanında getirsen kalınır yoksa kalınmaz fiyat performans iyi ama sadece fiyattan dolayında gelinmezmiş belediye yeridir diye yemekler güzel olur dedik ama çok kötü yemek düzelirse sorun kalmaz

Konumu çok iyi çok yakın yürüyerek iki dakika :) , çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Odalar standart sıcaklık olarak çok iyi Erzurum Palandökene ilk defa gelip kaldım ve yine gelmeyi düşünüyorum snowdorayı çok beğendim tavsiye ederim..

Oda temiz, sıcak ama konaklarlar hiç ilgilenen yok. Konum kayak yapanlar için iyi. Tuvalette klozetin konumu komik. Sağ taraftan duvara yapışık!

Kahvaltısı güzel, bol çeşitli açık büfeydi. Biraz garip ama çay ve kahve bardakları açık büfede kağıt bardak olarak sunuluyor. Otel odaları yataklar tuvalet oldukça vasat. Konumu pistlerin çok yakınında. 200 metre düz yolda yürüyerek bilet ofisine ve gondola ulaşmak mümkün.
