Located halfway up the mountain, the views are fantastic.

This hotel offers excellent quality and is ideally located halfway up the mountain, right on the ski slopes. The sunset views are stunning, and the breakfast is exceptionally good.

The cleanliness and physical conditions at Erzurum Hotel, where we stayed on Saturday night, were acceptable. However, the quality of service was absolutely unacceptable. What happened in the restaurant area between 00:10 and 01:00 AM is completely inconsistent with a hotel's service philosophy. Guests who paid for and requested tea were met with extremely disrespectful, indifferent, and harsh attitudes from the night shift staff. The restaurant lights were intentionally not turned on, our requests were repeated loudly and in an irritating tone, and guests were actively pressured to leave the area with implications that it was 'closing.' These actions are unacceptable. Furthermore, the refusal to serve the water we requested, and instead handing us bottles and glasses and telling us to take them to our rooms ourselves, is entirely contrary to service standards. I request that these incidents be reviewed via camera footage (between 00:10 and 01:00 AM), that the relevant staff be identified and appropriate action taken, and that serious sanctions be implemented to prevent such behavior from recurring. This level of service seriously damages the hotel's overall reputation. I expect this matter to be handled with seriousness.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and nice amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location was very convenient. Overall, a great experience that I would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel, great location, ample parking. The restaurant is open 24 hours, which is great. The rooms are warm and comfortable. They're great for children. The breakfast is varied and delicious. This isn't our first time staying here.

Everything is great, hygiene is excellent, and if you're looking for a good balance of quality and price, this is the place you're looking for.

It is a nice new hotel where you can go with your family and the facilities are good in terms of price and performance. However, there are some deficiencies in heating the rooms. Apart from that, the staff and facilities are very good, thank you.

We came two years ago. The location is amazing. Optimum price / benefit. Breakfast in the morning is also nice, bed and breakfast, after that you are in the mountains and in the evening you can spend time in the city. I forget the manager's name, but she spoils us every time. Thanks.
