Only tried the cuisine. So fantastic, real good matters. The steaks was perfect and so good cooked to get the real value of its flavor, also the octopus and stomach soup were unbelievably good . Complimenti dall’italiano e dall’americano. If u arrived to palais de Rey you have to go there. Buen Camino a todos!

Pension Restaurante Casa Camino is right on the Camino de Santiago, so it was easy to find. My twin room on the third floor was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of outlets to plug my devices. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. The bathroom was nice and clean. It was my most expensive private room of the Camino. Then again, everything is more expensive in Palas de Rei for some reason. But I'm satisfied with the room and the service I received. A good option for anyone walking the Camino de Santiago.

I was one of 2 peregrinas who stayed here for one night in April 2022. This was not my best choice on the Camino. The room was disappointing, dark, and I would not recommend. The restaurant was very nice, though, and the location was fine. The bathroom was tiny (not unusual) but the shower stall floor had 2 separate levels and we had to take care that we didn't slip. I could not figure it out! I won't pick another room based on the razzle dazzle of the website ever again. The wifi didn't work while we were there but that was a problem with the provider, not the hotel.

Simple but clean rooms with friendly staff. Highly recommendable. They close the establshement around 09:30 so i guess it is clever to be out before that (they’ll probably wait for the last guests though :-) We were two friends walking the Camino and this was a great destination i Palas de Rei

La peor experiencia del camino, pisos con humedad, olor insoportable, habitaciones minimas y atencion pesima!!! Nos pareció buena idea ir a un lugar con restaurante para no salir luego de llegar causados de nuestra caminata, quisimos reservar y el Sr de la recepción dijo que no era necesario, que la gente alojadas tenia prioridad y no tendríamos problema, bajamos a las 20;30 y nos dijeron que no tenian lugar y que ya era imposible cenar allí... nos quedamos sin cenar ya que estabamos demasiado cansados para dar vueltas. Pesimo trato!! No se como pueden seguir abiertos con la falta de mantenimiento del lugar.

Menuda castaña de sitio para alojarte durante el camino De Santiago Habitación cutre, wc pequeño y sucio. Ventanas a un patio La perdona de recepción en el bar de abajo, muy desagradable. Parece que le molestas si quieres hacer la entrada al alojamiento

Al llegar a la habitación note un ruido de un motor e informe en recepción me dijeron que era extracción de aire,todo el rato funcionando,para ponerte de los nervios.Me dicen que ya han tenido más quejosa y que la habitación era barata 40€ que en el otro edificio son sin ruido le digo que no había más y que está habitación no pueden vender.Humedades en paredes.Para entrar y salir de la bañera desnivel de un metro para mat****

Pedimos un café con leche para llevar y cortado para llevar. Nos cobraron 1'70€ por cada café. Ni en la Plaza Mayor en Lugo es tan caro. El café estaba bastante malo. Me da mucha pena que a los peregrinos les cobren tan caro.
