Everyone said that this hotel is good, but no one said how pristine the road in is. If you only stay for one night and leave Yala, please do not book this hotel, especially during the rainy season, otherwise you will probably have to drive for several hours and face floods under heavy rain. Jinshan car did not dare to wade into the water rashly and had to ask for help from a jeep (additional fee). Another important information is that there are many mosquitoes in the room. People who are afraid of insects must not come here. If you are not afraid of insects, please bring toilet water.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

We were very lucky. It was finally a sunny day when we arrived at the hotel. Afternoon tea was by the swimming pool. There was a special Chinese family set meal for dinner. The picnic at the seaside was worth trying. Reservation is required. You could see the stars in the sky and face the waves hitting the rocky beach. There is a chance of encountering an stray elephant. The atmosphere was full of atmosphere. I went on Safari at 5:30 and saw Lucas the sleeping Ceylon leopard, 2 elephant families foraging for food, crocodiles basking in the sun, countless buffaloes, peacocks and monkeys, as well as various birds. The meeting will provide water and simple lunch boxes, and return to the hotel at 9 o'clock for a rich breakfast. For an all-inclusive wild luxury hotel, the experience is very good and the room is cool. It is a high-quality tent camp after Capella in Bali. It is just two next door to jetwing yala, this is a primitive one, the modern one, here is a small single-family room, outside the room is the forest of the national park, it is said that animals may be seen. In general, the hotel here is suitable for people who are not afraid of bugs and prefer the original environment, because there are really too many small bugs in the room, flies, mosquitoes, flying insects and gecko. After staying for one night, I found three geckos running fast, and I was still a little scared. 😂. The facilities are OK, but the electricity is unstable. The power is cut off several times. Although the call is very fast, the hot water is too small. There is no separate restaurant. If you eat, you will take the car at the front desk to the next house for dinner. According to friends, the dinner buffet is not bad. Choose on demand

This Hilton hotel is a relatively satisfactory hotel with good value for money. When I checked in that night, it was raining heavily outside. The moment I arrived at the hotel, I finally felt at ease. This sense of security made me feel good about this place. After checking in at night, I walked back to the room along the corridor, accompanied by the wind and rain. It's dark, even if I'm accompanied by a service staff, I'm still a little scared when I walk into the room~~The style of the room is a bit old, maybe because of the wood tone. The bed is quite comfortable, and there's a balcony door that leads to the garden~~The room is soundproofed The effect is relatively poor. We can hear the sound of water rushing when we take a shower next door~~~~ It rained at night and we didn’t go out. When it gets light in the morning, it’s still very comfortable to see the general environment here~ I don’t know how many flowers are falling on the ground~~~ Because I was in a hurry to go to Yala Zoo and didn’t even have time to look at the hotel and use the hotel facilities~~ We departed from the hotel to Yala National Park at 5:30 the next day and will arrive at Yala National Park in about 40 minutes~~ I didn’t have time to check in at the hotel For breakfast, the hotel's breakfast time is 6:30-10:30. You can't catch up with the meal time before departure and when you come back, so if you want to have breakfast, you must have the hotel prepare breakfast the night before and take it with you~~~ After looking at the hotel restaurant environment, it’s a pity that I don’t have time to enjoy it here~~~ By the way, I originally stayed at the Cinnamon Wild Yala hotel that night, and I wanted to stay there You can go to Safari early there~~~ Due to the weather, I temporarily changed my reservation to this Hilton hotel. Later I went to Wanyala Park to check out that hotel... I am really glad that I changed here~~ It was so wise. ...It's close to Yala National Park~ But all the roads leading to the hotel are mud roads, and you need a jeep to get there~~ And the price/performance ratio there is extremely low......The price/performance ratio is rubbish on the ground~~ If you go to Yala Safari, I really recommend it I would rather drive for half an hour than stay there~~ If you are not pressed for time, I recommend staying here

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we requested to change our breakfast to dinner, we were met with a flat-out refusal, despite hearing that they accommodated a similar request for another couple. Their excuse was that the other couple had booked through ***********, insinuating that they might leave a review there. This blatant favoritism and lack of fairness in customer service were incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In addition to the above grievances, the breakfast at this hotel was abysmal. The quality and variety of the food were subpar, and it left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning, causing it to drip water all night, making our stay uncomfortable and sleep-deprived. This combination of poor service, unfair treatment, terrible breakfast, and room issues made our experience at this hotel truly dreadful. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay.

The most luxurious, beautiful and impeccably clean, spacious, bungalows (full of light, if you open the curtains) just outside the Yala national park in the middle of a beautiful jungle in front of a lake. Comfortable bed, good food, really absolutely nothing to complain about. Very professional and kind service, perfect safari experience. The driver is experienced and really eager to find a leopard, the vehicle was very comfortable. Even though I was only one day there, I could see a leopard twice from a close distance. Everything was exactly on time and exactly the way it was promised. The communication was super easy, Dulaj responds in no more then an hour. There is a convenient taxi service one can use. I was picked up from Mirissa and brought back there after the safari day. The only thing I regret is that I couldn't stay longer there. Due to the special location in this place you feel, see, hear and smell the jungle even when you are not in safari. I could have spent some days enjoying this amazing atmosphere just reading book and practicing yoga.
