The hotel is very strategic, next to it is a food court and also a cinema, good service, you can take away breakfast and leave items in the hotel refrigerator. The staff's response was fast and friendly. Good job

Nice hotel with good location. You can find ao many resto near hotel. Beside hotel there is mall with many good resto, CGV cinema and Diamond hypermarket.

Clean and comfortable place, strategic location close to SOMA and Diamond Mall, lots of culinary places nearby, friendly staff service, gym facilities. Over all satisfied staying here, the breakfast was delicious

Room was clean, staff were all really friendly! Most of the staff can speak English & the service was always good & prompt except for the times when certain staff didn't know English & it was harder to request certain services I needed. Lots of food options nearby, both local cuisine & some international cuisine! Theres a really nice bakery connected to the lobby of the hotel as well, so even though I didn't get the hotel breakfast, I had lots of options for all my meals!

It's really nice, the spacious parking area here is comfortable, the main thing is great

For a city center location, there are lots of restaurants around. Rooms are clean and soundproof

There should be free breakfast. I believe it is packed every day.

Comply bed and spacious room. Strategic location and next building with a various food option, and it's clean! The plan was staying for one night, end up staying for 2 days. Recommend for those who plan to visit Palembang

The room is not bad, a little smell but not much effect, suitable for business trip

W stayed at family suite for 2 days (4 of us). Very impressed and enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are very helpful, room was spacious with all necessary amenities (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpastes, slipper,and many more). The breakfast was super yummy with many variety of food (inc pizza, pempek and may more). I think the breakfast is above standard for 3 stars hotel. We ordered dimsum from the restaurant and they delivered to our room and ended up order more as they were yummy. There are so many restaurant nearby so I wish I stayed longer. Will definitely come back to this hotel. This is 3 star hotel but we feel like staying in 5 stars hotel. We were so pampered. Also, the hotel even sell pempek dan kemplang that you can bring back for ole without looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

Always satisfied staying at the All Nite and Day Palembang hotel 😁 the rooms are spacious, the toilets are spacious and quite clean, the service is also good 👍🏻
