The hotel site is nice, just outside palenque . Rooms are sparse , bad bathroom, had to ask for towels , breakfast a mess with big lines , room extremely noisy (the upstairs room sounded like they were moving stuff ) I would not return and would not recommend it .

The amenities are good with an extensive garden. Rooms are spacious and of excellent quality. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel; however it is well compensated with the access to a “balneario” offering good service and even access to a “cascada”. Major drawbacks are the total absence of reliable internet access, and the excentric location if you are deprived of autonomous transportation.

The rooms were a bit tight but we made it work. The A/C in our room was very slow to cool; however, others in our party stated that their A/C was cold. The showers were spacious and the water pressure was ok. We visited in July, so the cool water felt good but someone visiting in December may find the water a bit cool. After all, this hotel is a bit rustic. The hotel staff was beyond helpful and courteous. There was plenty of free parking available and the grounds were well maintained and clean. The wifi was hit or miss, so if you need for business, don’t stay here.

Very nice location right at the edge of Palenque, great restaurant and an even better natural swimming pool in front where the locals come too. Gives it an extra spark, together with the gardens rich in animal life and the regular swimming pool on the grounds. But the best asset is the staff; very friendly and forthcoming! They spotted our tyre had run flat and kindly informed us. When it turned out the rental agency would take 2,5 hrs to get there, the general manager instructed her staff to help us out changing the tyre and get us on our way. A very kind gesture (we couldn't have done it ourselves with our crappy jack) that really saved the day.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la alberca excelente, el área de mixologia echarle ganas, tiene buenas vista al río para tomar excelentes fotos, en el restaurante no te puedes perder el desayuno con comida tradicional

Visita obligada cuando vamos a palenque, sus habítaciones son cómodas y hay mucho espacio, las vistas del río desde el restaurante, son increíbles, además de que la comida es deliciosa, es ideal para disfrutar de un fin de semana en familia y conectar con la naturaleza,

Expandir un poco más la alberca ya q cuando el hotel está lleno si se satura. Y ofrecer más opciones en el menú de bufet ya q está algo limitado . También tener más actividades y amenidades de ambiente en la zona de alberca y bar que lo haga más divertido

Es un lugar Súper bonito, muy agradable y limpio, agregue un paquete romántico a la habitación y cumplieron con todas las expectativas, la atención sin duda igual fue muy buena así como el buffet de desayuno súper rico, todo me encantó 100/100
