Clean hotel, close to the train station. Delicious breakfast, good place to stay in Palermo on a budget.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The room, terrace and breakfast areas are stunning and every single member of staff is the very very best. To say we were made welcome is an understatement, we were at home, really at home. Can't wait to stay again xxx

It is a convenient and ordinary accommodation. There are no special features, but it is not bad if you book it just for sleeping.

Pros: - location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station, from where buses go both to Palermo airport and to other cities - the street looks quite safe even in the evening, but it’s difficult to call it clean. The area is generally unattractive - it’s convenient to walk both to the center and towards the sea. There is a nice park nearby (Villa Giulia). On the way to it (on the side of the hotel), there is a good bar-pasticeria Bar Touring (cocktails, coffee, a large selection of cakes and pastries, ice cream) - the room was quite clean upon check-in (there was a room with an entrance from the patio). I saw photos from other reviews, in my case everything in the room was fine and in working order - a good, fairly powerful hairdryer in the bathroom - breakfast is not the most delicious and varied (boiled eggs, cheese, a couple of types of cold cuts, toast bread, jam, yogurt, croissants), but you won’t go hungry Minuses: - poor sound insulation (you can hear everything and everyone, especially from the patio). If you are a light sleeper and go to bed early or get up late, take earplugs with you - during 4 days of stay they never did cleaning or took out the trash - the room had a large table and 4 chairs, but there wasn’t even an electric kettle or cup to make tea - the staff at the reception is almost never on site, most of the time it is locked.

The property for a short stay is normal, with a good location. The room was clean. As for the amenities in the room - the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was sliding out, my back hurt in the morning, the sheet had a small hole, the air conditioning in the room did not work, it was cold, but there were blankets. Breakfast is monotonous, very little choice. The service is loyal at the hotel, the staff is friendly.

Палермо....!!! Это что-то... Какой прекрасный город! Я влюбилась в Сицилию именно с него, и с отеля Арт Линкольн. Какие прекрасные люди там работают! Без знания общего языка, мы прекрасно общались и понимали друг друга, постоянно юморили... Расположение отеля очень выгодное, у самого вокзала. Большинство достопримечательностей и набережная тоже в пешей доступности. В отеле очень тихо, шума за окном не слышно, это было очень важно, чтобы отдыхать после насыщенного дня. Рекомендую.

房間足夠大，離火車站很近，在老街上，門臉不明顯。設施比較舊。服務人員比較熱情。但是如果夜晚到，語言不通的話不方便。

Passato 2 notti nella struttura, staff gentile e cordiale. Colazione buona. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Perfect palazzo - booked as 1 room for our family - it’s an apartment complete with 3. balconies overlooking lovely garden. Staff so friendly and relaxed. Great buffet. Breakfast with endless coffee top ups . 💚🙏

Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Very quiet and cosy stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Our host Andrea ensured that we have everything we needed. Good breakfast and coffee ! Very friendly staff.

Empty reception and remained empty the four days of stay. A neighbor gives us access. Depressing room. Moldy shower. Plug hanging. Refrigerator without being able to plug in. Pillow, very dirty. Rotten closet blanket smell. They don't clean the room any day. They only make the bed one day, but without sweeping or cleaning the bathroom. They don't change the towels. Poor breakfast with shared butter. Night party without letting you sleep. We protest and they get angry. Total disaster. Shameful

Alojamiento horrible, habitación sin ningun encanto, con cosas que no funcionan (p.e. aire acondicionado) o rotas. Y lo peor sucia.

Mi estadía allí fue excelente. El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, cercano a estación de tren y centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y el desayuno es muy bueno y completo. La calidad de servicio que ofrece Andrea es excepcional.

Quartier mal famé. Lorsque nous avons sonné à la porte, il a fallu attendre 10 minutes, anxieux car ce n’était pas très rassurant dans ce quartier avant que quelqu’un nous ouvre, et lorsque nous sommes rentrés un escalier correspondant à deux étages à monter avec les bagages , en arrivant en haut, une lumière blafarde, des pièces délabrées,  la  personne à l’accueil nous indique qu’il y a de quoi stationner la voiture à 2 km de l’emplacement pour 24 € la nuit !!. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous n’avons donc pas pris la chambre. Nous sommes allés à un hôtel à nos frais près du lieu de restitution du véhicule .
