Wifi failed during the night & was still not working next morning. They were unable to do anything about it
The rooms r ridiculously large with 2 tvs but one did not even turn on. There was no channel guide. No USB charging ports so if u do not have Italian plugs, u cannot charge ur phones.

Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot.
As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it.
Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough.
I would stay here again just for the location

First service fanstasic, at the desk. The only thing was you had to call for them to put the heat on. And the sky tv, for international tv. And the tv near the bed was only channel
for Italian speaking people.so that mean I had to watch tv on the small couch, were the seating area was cold and the old window broken while the cold air came in the room. The roo just need more cozyness otherwise okay. Super service from the personal.
