A big thank you to our hosts at this quaint and charming b and b perfectly positioned so you can explore Palermo. You are 5 mins from the centre and 10 mins from the bus station and railway station.

What a great location....right in the heart of everything! Massimo and his staff were exceptionally friendly and always making sure we were happy. Our room was not fancy but very large, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. It was fun to be able to look out onto the street and see what was going on. Breakfast was delicious....warm, flaky croissants and the most fabulous jams in addition to plenty of other selections. Massimo was very helpful in arranging our pick-up at the airport which was definitely an added plus after travelling fifteen hours. It was a wonderful start to our three-week adventure around the island.

Great location in Palermo with walking access to every major attraction. Massimo was outstanding in helping us - we cannot thank him enough. The room was clean and surprising large with a balcony overlooking the main street. Breakfast was included in a separate lounge. I cannot say how impressed my wife and I were. If we come back to Palermo, this is the place we would choose.

Although it is located in an old building, inside the B&B is all new, working and really clean. Breakfest is good. Staff (in special Massimo and Chiara) are really helpfull and gentle! The B&B is located nearby lot of touristic attractions. If you arrive in Palermo by plane, the easiest and cheap way to get to the B&B is by the shuttle service named Prestia&Comande, you can by online ticket.

Wonderful! Amazing hosts who treated us so well and made us feel right at home in Palermo. They recommended a great local restaurant. Delicious! Fantastic breakfast in a beautiful dining setting. Location on one of the main streets. You won’t get lost. Vibrant but quiet with closed windows. I would recommend this place whole heartedly to my friends. Grazie Massimo!

Absolute perfection. I can't find another way to describe how Massimo and Fabio took care of me and my wife in our stay in Palermo for my birthday. This B&B is in a magnificent location in Palermo city center, very close to all the main attractions, transport stations and bars and restaurants on foot. It is located inside an old building but the B&B is completely new and refurbished in one of the floors. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, with toast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, p (including Sicilian cactus figs), pastries, cereal, juice and great tasting Italian coffee. But the very best of our stay was our hosts, Massimo and Fabio who really know how to make their guests at home. Nothing is too much for them, they will recommend you nice places to visits, as well as restaurants, help with transport, etc. We hope that we can come back some day. One extra tip, the Ponticello restaurant down the corner is great and so is another place called Il Bisso, not too far from the B&B either. Fabio e Massimo, Grazie Mille!

Posizione perfetta per visitare Palermo, vicino al caratteristico mercato di Ballaró, a due passi dalla fontana Pretoria e il convento di Santa Caterina. A piedi si arriva al palazzo dei Normanni e alla splendida Cattedrale. Le camere sono pulite, buona la colazione è tratto distintivo del b&b la gentilezza del proprietario sempre sorridente e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Sembrava di essere nel film di mercoledì il colore era da depressi ho fatto della moneta e non rimbalza niente comodino no. Si apriva le doccia non avevano le porte non c’era il bidet la reception puzza però per il resto tutto bello non fatto per i bambini
