I went here with my wife last September enjoyed it so much I've booked again for May! Was pleasantly surprised last year after booking as a last minute getaway. The food was really nice and the service from the hotel staff was really welcoming, nothing was too much for them. Really enjoyed the warm welcome in the restaurant for every single meal. We really enjoyed getting out and exploring the peninsula, some of the scenery was absolutely breath-taking. The rooms are very spacious and were kept spotless. We booked with Jet2holidays last year and have done the same again!

Just booked to go back with my family this year, can't wait! Went in August last year and had the best holiday with my 3 kids, they loved the hotel and couldn't get them off the waterslides, they are so excited to go back! Good variety on the all inclusive, rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Surprised to see some of the negative reviews, we couldn't fault the place at all, if you're looking for a good all-inclusive family holiday this is the place for you, your little ones will love it!

The worst experience! Hotel and blue style especially!! We received another hotel! Booked modern and received casual but with bad smell rooms without a chance to change it. Blue style staff are liars!

The hotel staff are lovely and friendly especially the manager in the restaurant who greets you. I know some have said the bar staff are miserable but I found them to be ok too. Rooms were clean but basic, towels very hard like sandpaper but cleaner’s work hard and do a good job. Food was good enough for us, I was happy with the choices only negative is that something at breakfast causes upset stomach for us all the days we skipped breakfast we were ok the following day so worked out it had to be breakfast item, but not sure what. This is an issue however as we were not the only family to get upset stomachs so something needs investigating. Loved the choice of 3 pools there were lots of sun beds available all day. Slides were a big hit with kids. Overall had a lovely break.

Moved hotel after 2 nights!! Food was awful and the sitting times were not great and there is no where else to eat unless pay €30 round trip in to Luxouri, which we did 1 night. Also drinks were disgusting, staff miserable and rooms not cleaned and full of bugs crawling on walls and in bed. Only stayed the second night as needed to wait for jet2 to find availability in another property in Lassie.

It is quite easy to write a review for this hotel, the hotel area is very pleasant, I was satisfied with all the services, the staff was helpful and accommodating. He pointed out only one fault - when returning from the beach with red sand, there is no place to rinse, there is a shower at the entrance from the beach to the hotel premises, but it is not functional. I give 80% satisfaction because of the Annex area, which is basically such a wart on this hotel. Not because of the looks and equipment, but because of the location. You are 500m away from the beach and you are essentially in a field, and 50m from the site is a farm with animals. We killed a lot of mosquitoes daily and still couldn't sleep at night because of them. I would understand this location for a campsite, but not for a four-star hotel. You can argue that I shouldn't have chosen them in the menu - unfortunately the travel agency I was with has bad photos in the menu

Has to be the worst "4star" hotel I've ever stayed in. Main problem being the restaurant, it's far too small for the size of the complex and they've literally packed in the tables so close that you're more or less sat with other families eating your meal. The food was very hit and miss and not always hot, not much variety and awful for fussy kids. Same breakfast menu every day with no changes whatsoever 1 toaster for hundreds of people which you have to queue for, lunch and dinner same old pasta, chips and bolognese sauce, some meats were OK and salad was OK. Drinks were awful all tasted very chemically and watered down. Best thing were the coffees if you wanted to stand for 10 minutes for 1 so either have a cold drink or cold food depending on which you chose to get 1st. The man who greets you in the restaurant was lovely and always very cheerful. Waterpark was fab for our boys aged 7 and 13 even my husband enjoyed this however the all inclusive drinks don't extend to the bar there which is a shame. We just took our own water and drinks over which we had already bought. The lady Elena at the Waterpark was amazing and was fabulous with all the children ❤️. The rooms were great we had a duplex family room which was so spacious and good air conditioning. Maybe a few drawers and extra storage would be better and the bath was tiny but the shower was always a refreshing break from the heat. Maid service started a bit hit and miss with us having to find one after 3 days to change our towels but after that we had no problems. As for the smell day 1 was awful but we never really smelt it after that so that was a huge relief. Pool areas were OK but went very deep at about 2.6 metres. Also we knew a lot of guests had problems with their swimwear going yellow so be warned, they must use some harsh chemicals for that to happen. Beach was nice but quite narrow and down a hill so if you have mobility issues you will struggle getting there and back. The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from loxouri so is 15 euro each way in a taxi and the shop onsite is quite limited and some things quite expensive. Overall I would say this hotel should not be a 4 star I'd say honestly in our opinion a 2 star but we still made the best of it. Kefalonia is a beautiful island so its definitely worth exploring

There have been some mixed reviews of this hotel but I must say that I really liked it. We are a family of five with three children aged 13,9,7. We went in the middle of August 2023 and had a lovely time. I read the reviews on TA before we went and was quite worried. I shouldn’t have been as it was totally fine. Just try to remember that 3/4 stars in Greece isn’t necessarily the same as 4* in London. Who should come - To anyone looking to come to this hotel it is very family orientated so you should possibly look elsewhere if you’re a couple looking for peace and quiet. Although it’s still ok really. For families it’s great. Very hassle free. The customers are fairly evenly spilt between Polish, British and Czechs, with a sprinkling of Germans etc. I found it quite nice that it wasn’t all one nationality. Everyone seemed chilled and minds their own business. It was fun to see everyone come together in the bar later on and make friends etc. Let’s start with the communal areas - there are three great pools: two proper pools and a 30cm deep children’s pool. As someone else said as a negative - the pools are deep and the shallow ends aren’t very big, but to be fair if your children are capable of swimming a width on their own then they’ll be fine as the pools are probably only five metres wide and it really helped my little boy gain water confidence. You will need to supervise them though obviously as there are no lifeguards. There were daily water sports activities set up by the animation team; like volleyball and water polo and also aqua fit at 10.30am every day. You’re allowed floats in the pool so that was fun for the kids. You can buy these there either brand new or used but if it’s possible you should see if you can get them off people leaving and also pass on your own at the end of your holiday. The communal areas - these are all clean and well cared for and a good 4 star quality in my opinion. You can play pool indoors and the children playground is popular and good fun after the sun has gone down. There’s tennis and badminton and table tennis as well as a little football pitch. The bars are fine. Yes the pool bar shuts at 9.30pm and the barmen are brutal with this. It’s not like England where you get last orders. They close the shutters at 9.30pm precisely and expect you to leave and go to the other bar which is open until midnight. It was a bit jarring at first but it’s just their rule. If you’re out for the whole night go straight to the later opening bar otherwise you’ll struggle for a table, although people are coming and going throughout. Don’t worry about the sun beds. We always got five together easily. We usually wandered up for breakfast at about 9.00am and put our towels out then so we could go to the pool straight after eating. There were still plenty available. The best places do get chosen earlier but not ridiculously so. It’s all pretty chilled out in that respect. Alcohol - The beer was fine and my kids enjoyed all t
