Holiday Inn Resort ARUBA-BEACH RESORT & CASINO by IHG

My family and i love this hotel. Its our second time there. The staff is so nice and welcoming.The hotel is always clean. The beach is right when you come out the entrance. Its so pretty at the Holiday Inn. Everything is so convenient there. The mall is right across the street. Walking distance to most things. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no microwave in any of the rooms. Other than that we'll definitely be back.

Great hotel. Food is outstanding.

We did not get the room we thought we reserved and paid for. We had to switch, but couldn't until the next day, so we were roomless for the day, they actually made us wait until 4 pm (check in time) even though we waited over 2 and half hours in line to check in on arrival the first day which was about 5:30 pm, and we arrived at 2:30 PM. They should have made sure we could have put our luggage in another (the correct room) earlier for our inconvenience. And no compensation for the mistake they made either. Also do not like rooms on the beach with rugs, the smell was musty for sure. The food & drinks were good and location was great!! Was just not happy about the hotel overall.

Nice view from room & bar. Staff was friendly & centrally located. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel

When we went to check in, we were early so we checked out bags and went out for a few hours. We returned to a long line at check in. We reached the desk at 3:50 but were told our room wasn't ready. The clerk told me we should go back in line bc rooms were not guaranteed until 4. Another worker interjected and told us to stand aside and she took care of it so we didn't need to wait in line again. Most of the other workers were very pleasant. The room was clean, although simple. Great pillows! The towels seemed a bit old and wouldn't dry so we had to get new towels each day. Location is great and the grounds were perfect.
