The resort is amazing . I can’t fault anything. The staff are so kind and willing to help, they go out of their way to do anything for you. We are having a wedding there in 2027. Kylie. showed us different rooms that are available.  It’s a beautiful place Palm Cove and Alamanda is 10 out of 10

The hotel I stayed at in Cairns was a resort. The room was huge, over 100 square meters, with three bedrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and tableware, making cooking very convenient. The balcony faced the pool, so I could swim right downstairs. There was another hotel outside the resort with good food and beautiful scenery. I stayed there for three days, and it felt like time flew by; I really wished I could stay longer.

This is a long-term stay hotel, and it is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. Room cleaning is not provided during your stay, so you will need to clean your own laundry before using it. If you are staying for an extended period of time, you will need to wash your own towels, etc. There is a supermarket and liquor store nearby, so you can enjoy them in your room or on the balcony. With its superb ocean views and prime location, it's a popular retreat and vacation spot for locals. It features a standard outdoor swimming pool, as well as a hot tub and a lagoon pool, providing plenty of fun for children.

I had a very comfortable stay. There were many shops nearby, and the supermarket next door was especially convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay again.

The room is very big, with two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen and living room, upstairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, four people can use it very comfortably. The kitchen utensils are complete, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel, you can buy groceries and cook at home, which is very convenient.

What qualifies as luxury accommodation? The apt had cheap ikea style furniture, pleather chairs and rusty balcony furniture. The couch was concrete slab with cushions on it. The swimming pool was nice, and the staff friendly. But definitely no more than 2* accommodation. Would not book again

On the positive side there were lovely beach views, excellent staff, and it was a great location close to everything in Palm Cove. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolates in the fridge on arrival. The things that weren’t so good included: the hot water in the shower never got past warm, the aircon in the main bedroom didn’t blow cold air when set on cool mode, the towels were small and thin and it was impossible to block out the light by closing the Venetian blinds. Additionally, the room was directly opposite the chapel so privacy was limited. Overall it was good but expensive
