Nice hotel

The service was fantastic! All the little touches make a huge difference! The shuttle that takes you around, the free valet parking, the black washcloths for make up removal, the flavored water and the pool bar. We loved it! We expect to be back soon

Hotel Paseo was an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. The property is spotless—every space feels thoughtfully maintained, clean, and welcoming. The location is unbeatable, with so many great fine-dining restaurants and spots to grab a drink just a short walk away. A special shout-out to Neil at the pool—he truly made our stay extra special. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely fun, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and creating such a relaxed, upbeat vibe by the pool. Between the beautiful, clean premises, outstanding service, and walkable location, Hotel Paseo is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Palm Desert. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained, with nice amenities throughout. The pool was a great bonus, and the location was extremely convenient with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Had to switch rooms because there was no heat in our room. Location is good but you could hear a lot of noise through the walls and the ceiling in the hallway.
