Alua Hotels & Resorts properties in Palma de Mallorca

The hotel environment is really nice, but staying here during the rainy season feels a bit like a waste, as many outdoor areas couldn't be enjoyed. The 'Bali' room type has a shared balcony, and I only found out after checking in that I could have contacted the hotel beforehand to book a room with a private balcony. This time, I booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, and the dining experience was excellent. The dinner menu had a different theme every day of the week.

The hotel was very clean and great area only 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets everywhere, the room got cleaned everyday and there is a tennis court and nice pool with plenty of areas to sit and chill, the food in the morning is €10 and they serve nice lunch after 1pm would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.
