Just returned from a mini break at this stunning hotel. Beautiful old house refurbished to great taste. Service was impeccable. Location great, in the middle of Palma Old Town and close to many tapas bars, restaurants and the shops.

We have spent 5 days at the Gloria de Sant Jaume hotel and everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is really charming, all the details are incredibly well treated, I rarely saw such a level of perfection (the spa is lovely). There is a feeling of exclusivity in the hotel thanks to its limited number of rooms. The duplex suite was perfect for us with 2 kids and all the attentions we got have been greatly appreciated. But the cherry on top of the cake is truly the service. Everyone in the hotel, from the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the cleaning people, everyone brings the notion of service to a level I have never seen before and always with a smile and in a peaceful way. Despite our 2 very active kids, we truly managed to get some rest and it's also thanks to this amazing level of service. Special mention to Joaquim and Daniella, it was a pleasure meeting you. We wish we could have stayed more, for sure we will come back!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, from the fantastic reception staff, fabulous bar and waiting staff, special mention to Franc! Food and cocktails amazing, rooms beautiful, spa areas great, location perfect. From the start of booking this hotel to leaving to go onto a villa stay it was faultless. Thank you, we will be back!!

The hotel is very well located and the breakfast was lovely. I had some great massages and would spend some time on the roof by the pool which always had lots of space despite it being small. What really made it different however was the staff who made it such a lovely experience. I will definitely return.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of of Palma. Incredible amenities, and very calm, cool (AC was merciful in the middle of summer) atmosphere. Service was exceptional from the minute we stepped into the place to the minute we left. Nuria especially was an amazing host and looked after us both inside the hotel and helping to organise things to do in the city. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful property at a great location. Our room was lovely! We were greeted by Daniella when we first arrived - she took care of all our luggage as soon as got there. We were escorted to the bar for our welcome drink which was delicious! The bartender was phenomenal and made one of the best Sangria's I've had in Spain. Breakfast was phenomenal - make sure you get it. Nuria was also outstanding, with all her recommendations and patience with us. This is a gem of a hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel truly taken care of and like family in Mallorca. Thank you to the rest of the staff as well!

I normally don't review hotels but for this one i will gladly do it; the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing, extremely helpful and delightful. The hotel itself beautiful, clean, extremely well located and the rooms were spacious and everything perfect! The restaurant of the hotel was spectacular, we had dinner there on our first night and were completely blown away by the quality of its kitchen, a fact that was several times confirmed at breakfast every morning were everything was presented and done to perfection. This hotel is a 7 star disguised as 5 stars, would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay at the perfect location with just the perfect staff!

An outstanding hotel with exceptional staff. So much so that I have booked again to return with my husband in September. Daniel and his team went above and beyond. It is so apparent how much Daniel cares about the guests and his staff. Joaquim, your recommendations were fantastic. We so appreciated your expertise. You made our stay even better. Nuria, thank you for your kind, gentle approach and for saving us in the car park when we were scared by the “white cat” that was just the holographic on the floor. Daniella thank you for the restaurant booking, we were so grateful. Laura, you made the breakfast experience so lovely. The barman, the restaurant staff, forgive us we did not capture all your names, thank you for making our stay so special. Gorgeous rooms, each one unique, fabulous pool area, so thoughtfully designed. Last, but by no means least, the food was exceptional, exquisite flavours, accompanied by imaginative cocktails and a beautiful wine list thoughtfully put together.
