Very old room and a balcony from which you can't see anything. Very slow service. We paid 50 euros on the last day to stay until 5 pm and people opened the room door for us at 3 pm. In short, I don't recommend it at all…bad beds

The big plus of this hotel is that it is located with a very beautiful view. The big minus is that the air conditioners do not work correctly, the 24-hour temperature that is automatically maintained is 25-26 degrees, it is very warm, you can't do less, apparently the hotel saves on electricity this way, at night I woke up in a sweat. The breakfast at the hotel is also decent. A good pool but a very old fitness room. The hotel needs renovation, the room is poorly cleaned, the smell of sewage, for this money I would not go here again.

Excellent views… 9 storeys high. Looks out over the marina and the hills and castle. Lovely pool, jacuzzi area, day beds aswell as sun loungers. Comfy beds. Small balcony. Up a very steep hill so unless you’re fit taxis are needed. Would stay again.

Great room with a fantastic view over the cruise port, Palma and the castle. Bit of a trek to walk to but that makes the view even more spectacular! I enjoyed my stay and appreciated having a fridge and a kettle included in the room. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. The main downside of the room was the sound as I could hear everything from next door (even opening and closing of curtains!). Luckily I was so exhausted from a packed day that it didn't affect my sleep too much but I did wish I'd got earplugs!

there are a beautiful swimming pool and good facilities. a large shopping mall is within 10mins

Booked for an engineer who needed to be close to the harbor, he stated that it was a great location and walking distance to the harbor. He added that the staff were extremely nice.

The view from our balcony is super beautiful. We get to see the whole port and the sea. Room was clean, amenities were enough. And after we checked out, we got to stay at the pool for how long we wanted. The only problem is that the aircon in the room was really bad. We were sweating the whole night. We called the receptionist but he said they only have people to check the next morning.

Everything was great apart from the room was freezing in January at night. Heating in the room wasn’t great so asked for more blankets. No problemo. The hotel is also on a big hill so take the 46 bus up.

The hotel is located at a height which gives really nice views from the common areas. The staff is very nice and friendly. A nice breakfast spread at the restaurant and a nice bar for cocktails. Located close to public transportation and a big mall which has multiple places to eat and shop.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the city.

Next to the castle. Very convenient to go there.
