We stay 1 night from 3 that we booked and tried to cancel in order to refund us cause the room is awful and not the same that we reserved.
The hotel room was in an unacceptable condition.
The bathroom ceiling had damaged plaster that was falling off, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the drain. We even found a cockroach next to the toilet.
The bedside lamps were not working, and the television was extremely old. The bed was a small double instead of the double bed we had booked, and it creaked with every movement, making it impossible for us to get any sleep throughout the night.
The Wi-Fi required us to provide personal identification details, which we were not willing to do. In addition, the bathroom towel was not properly cleaned or pressed and had visible stains.
Overall, the room was far below an acceptable standard and completely different from what we expected when making our reservation.
