Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble

Very disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception. The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all. I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Palma's beautiful old town. Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms (extremely comfortable bed!), and the private spa is the best way to unwind.

Very nice experice

The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Beds made and fresh towels each morning with a thoughtful treat left each evening. The breakfast was of a very high quality including Cava as an option! On the roof is a terrace bar with loungers and a splash pool large enough to fully immerse oneself. Essential after a hot day. My wife and I felt very well cared for. She has already been on ******* to try and book our next visit to the hotel!

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away in Palma’s old town. The staff were super friendly and we loved the rooftop bar and the spa which you have private use of for 45 mins. Would definitely stay again when in Palma!

Where to start… amazing spot, friendly hotel staff (one of them made us a hangover meal at 530am in the morning after a night out :-)), cool roof top. Thanks for the hospitality!

This is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the old town. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was handled effortlessly. From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. Many thanks to Veronica on the front desk for her assistance and warm welcome. I would not hesitate to return here the next time I visit Palma.
