Santa Clara Urban Hotel & Spa

Wonderful experience in Palma thanks to the nice hotel. The room is comfortable and large, providing a warm atmosphere for us. The service is great as well. I will revisit it in the future!

We stayed here 4 years ago and absolutely loved this hotel. This time we were going to Munich but noticed the flights were cheaper via Palma. Just the excuse we needed to spend the night at Santa Clara. Spotlessly clean and the decor is amazing. Stone walls and beams on the ceiling. Just beautiful

We stayed here in July, having spent the previous week in a villa in Pollenca. From the moment we checked in, we were so impressed with the friendly staff (especially Catalina at Reception who was so helpful with suggestions of where to visit, and Roberta whose smiling face and calm demeanour ensured everything ran smoothly). Santa Clara's usp is its location - you're only a few minutes walk to top-class restaurants, shopping, and the bustle of Palma's lifestyle. We came here following a friend's recommendation - we would heartily recommend anyone to come & stay when you travel to Mallorca.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, 10 minute walk into the old town but situated down a quiet street. The rooms were big enough and clean. The staff were polite and nothing was too much of an ask, great service all round. We would definitely recommend.

My daughter and I just had a 3 night stay at this absolute gem of a hotel. The room was spacious, light and beautifully decorated. The decor was contemporary and complimented the building perfectly with its exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling. Great quiet air conditioning too!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely (the best coffee ever!) with local produce, fresh fruit and plenty of choice. The rooftop terrace has stunning views including Palma Cathedral which is a few minutes walk away. There are only 20 rooms which I think gives it a more friendly intimate atmosphere. It is perfectly located for all the attractions Palma has to offer and close to the beach and harbour. Tucked away in a small street there is little to no traffic passing by. It’s just perfect. So relaxing to come back to after a busy day. We didn’t get time to use the spa but did have a look at it & it looked lovely! Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay!

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel, in a quiet part of the Old Town within easy walking distance from the cathedral and the sea. A small breakfast restaurant and thoughtful staff. Also has a lovely spa in the basement

I was there with my sister. We loved the hotel!! Room was very nice, the people working at the hotel is super friendly (thank you Catalina, Paco!), including the reception, the breakfast and cleaning attendants. Breakfast was great. We love having the spa everyday (jacuzzi, and dry and wet sauna).
