Puro Grand Hotel

I've never experienced a room downgrade in my whole life. I was offered a completely different room from the room I reserved. The room was in the semi-basement and the bathroom was in the basement. But there is no information about that. The room's air is murky, there is no light at all, and the windows cannot be opened. Puro hotel is cheating on the customers literally. It's my first time writing a complaint. I paid over 300 euros and ruined my honeymoon. It was the worst experience of my life and this is 100% true story.

I’d never give a hotel 10/10 until now. A lovely find, so well located, room 13 a big suite was big and comfy and the design touches were great, flowers, lots of towels, storage, great interior design. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful . Breakfast was great and there’s cava and all you could want, delicious coffee (ask for the proper stuff!) and wonderful eggs. The beach club is a nice touch, easy shuttle, good restaurant and a good way to pass an afternoon after the city. Can bordoy botanica and the restaurant garden is a few steps away as is rialto living - don’t miss these stops. If I had to be picky I’d say the bath robes were cheap and scratchy but that’s only trying really hard ! The whole building is beautiful, calm loved the interiors and can’t wait to go back - and I’d never return so this is a first

Our stay was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. Alex, in particular, provided exceptional service during dinner.

Beautiful traditional hotel with modern touches located in the centre of Palma. Friendly warm welcome on arrival and held our luggage until check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Double sink and shower. Robes and slippers provided. Little touches such as chocolates left on pillows on an evening. A little gift of tribal bracelet. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone. Variety of egg dishes to order. Variety of pastries, fruit, cheeses and small selection of hot items. Also every now and then they would bring items freshly made to tables. Cinnamon pancakes and cream were delicious Staff were chatty and friendly. Beautiful scented candles. ️ Quiet room (Mediterranean room 14) comfortable bed and pillows.

An excellent hotel with a very unique ambiance. The location is perfect from discovering the old town. The rooms are large and light with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of choices; plus an à la carte choice. The food in the restaurant is also of a very high standard and quality. Overall, a very high standard of hospitality with the staff happy to go the extra mile for their guests in order, for them to have a positive experience
