Summum Hotel Group properties in Palma de Mallorca

A very nice clean hotel. Positives: Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

The room is very good, and the rooms facing the street can see a little bit of sea view. The balcony is very long, I like it very much. The surrounding area is not noisy at night and it is also very safe. The front desk is very enthusiastic! This kind of enthusiasm is not a personal difference. We met three front desk staff who were very enthusiastic during our two nights here! They answered all questions and even gave you suggestions. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a great seafood restaurant. There is also a restaurant near the beach with a good atmosphere. The transportation is very convenient. Bus No. 4 goes directly to the city center, and the stop is right at the door of the hotel. The waiting speed is also very fast. There is no disadvantage except that it is a little far from the airport. Note that the door of the shower room is transparent, which may be a little embarrassing, but it is harmless otherwise.

La atención de la recepción excelente, muy amable, la habitación confortable y muy limpias, está en una excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y cerca del centro de Palma, se puede movilizar porque existe una parada de bus cerca y todas llegan al centro en corto tiempo.
