We stayed at this hotel expecting the standard of a 4-star all-inclusive, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations in almost every area. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was by far the worst air conditioning we have experienced in any hotel and was barely capable of cooling the room even when it was supposedly working. It then completely failed for approximately 24 hours during our stay. The room became unbearably hot, leaving us with almost no sleep and affecting the enjoyment of the following day. What is particularly frustrating is that I have since seen another review from guests staying at the same time mentioning exactly the same problem, yet the hotel publicly replied stating there were no air conditioning issues that week. That is simply untrue. I have an email from TUI confirming there was an air conditioning fault at the hotel, and I personally reported it to reception several times, where staff also acknowledged the problem. The room itself was extremely small. There wasn’t enough floor space for two standard suitcases, there was only one bedside plug socket, the toilet cistern constantly ran, and the rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment. Soundproofing was also extremely poor. We could clearly hear guests in the next room having a normal conversation between around 2am and 6am, making it very difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi provided is barely usable for anything beyond sending text messages. If you want an internet connection capable of streaming or browsing properly, you have to pay extra. That seemed to be a recurring theme throughout the hotel – many things you would reasonably expect to be included came with an additional charge. The all-inclusive drinks were also disappointing. The vodka tasted unlike any vodka we have previously had, and three of us independently commented on it. A member of the bar staff advised it was only 30% ABV, which may explain the unusual taste. Ice cream wasn’t included during the day either unless you paid over €3. There were several hygiene and operational issues too. The reception toilets ran out of hand soap at around 6pm, and when reported we were told it could not be replenished until the following day. In a busy hotel, that is simply unacceptable. On our first day we were also told by reception that we were not allowed to fill our reusable water bottles, only the small disposable cups provided. Considering the weather and environmental concerns, this policy makes little sense. Food was another disappointment. The hotel advertises a wide variety of food, but in reality there were generally only three or four main dishes available (plus side dishes) with a repetitive menu throughout the week. I have photographs from multiple days which accurately show the limited selection. The snack bar frequently wasn’t replenished, beer run out for 24 hours of our stay in the snack bar and there were very few simple food options suitable for children in the restaurant.

Palma Nova Palace advertised as a **** 4 definitely not more like 1 to 2 at best. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience our family has ever had, and we feel that the holiday we paid for fell significantly below the standard that was advertised and reasonably expected. Upon arrival at the hotel, our rooms were not ready. We were instructed to leave our luggage in a storage room, however it was already full, meaning we had to remain with our luggage for several hours. This resulted in us losing valuable holiday time. The air conditioning in the reception area was also performing very poorly, making the wait extremely uncomfortable in temperatures of around 34°C. Before travelling, I specifically requested adjoining or family rooms and contacted both TUI and the hotel several months and again several weeks before departure. I was advised that availability would be checked upon arrival. However, when we checked in, we were informed that the hotel did not have family rooms or adjoining rooms at all, only standard twin rooms. As a family of four, this meant we were separated for the duration of our holiday, which was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in the hotel continued to perform poorly for the first four days of our stay. Reception advised us it was undergoing maintenance, but this offered little comfort given the extremely high temperatures. On one evening it failed completely, leaving guests in the lounge visibly uncomfortable and dripping with sweat. The pool facilities were also very disappointing. The main pool was exceptionally deep, something that was not made clear in the hotel description. Three members of our family are non-swimmers, making the main pool unsuitable for us. We therefore had to use the smaller pool, which was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The condition of this pool was so poor that we have since had to dispose of swimwear that retained the smell despite washing. As a result, we chose to spend several days at the beach instead, paying €41 each time for four sunbeds. We visited the beach on four occasions, resulting in an additional cost that we had not budgeted for on an all-inclusive holiday. The room itself was also below an acceptable standard. There was rust around bath plugs and in the bathroom, the sink leaked continuously leaving the bathroom floor wet throughout our stay, and there were only two electrical sockets available in the room, which was inadequate for a family. One of our plugs hung dangerously off the wall. (I have attached pictures). The customer service from hotel staff was equally disappointing. Whenever concerns were raised, we were met with little interest or assistance, often receiving nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. On one occasion the hotel had completely run out of ice creams, and on another occasion there was no bottled water available to purchase which i did report and again got the shrug of the shoulders . I find it unacceptable that an all-

I want to start by saying that the hotel isn’t terrible like some of the other reviews suggest. It’s just not amazing either. In my opinion, it is definitely not a 4-star hotel I’d say 2, 3 stars at a big push. The pool The pool is far too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel has replied to other reviews saying that the pool is an adequate size, which I completely disagree with. With around 35 people in the pool, it already feels overcrowded, and the hotel holds around 600 guests. You simply can’t properly enjoy your time in there. It’s basically human soup you can float around in one tiny area until either you bump into someone or someone bumps into you. The “children’s pool” is hilarious. I’ve seen bigger puddles. 😂 The strange thing is that it’s a complete suntrap, so the area is often taken over by adults, which is particularly odd considering it’s supposed to be the little kids’ area. Animation team The animation team work really hard and are genuinely great, but it feels like they don’t have enough backing from the hotel. There are hardly any activities compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at. We were there for two weeks and did the same quiz four times. 😂 That’s absolutely nothing against the animation team themselves, they were fantastic. It just feels like they don’t have enough resources or variety to work with. Evening entertainment The evening entertainment is pretty average too. You get a different singer most nights, but they seem to sing the same songs, so after a while it becomes very repetitive. There are a couple of exceptions though. Man of Mallorca and the soul guys were fantastic and were definitely highlights of the evening entertainment. The bars There is only one main bar, which becomes a problem when the hotel gets busy in the evening. You can end up queueing for quite a while for drinks, especially when there are only one or two people serving. One of the bar staff also seems genuinely annoyed whenever you ask him for a drink, almost as if the drinks are coming out of his personal stash. 😂 They also advertise a pool bar during the day. I’m not entirely sure what happened to it, but judging by its appearance, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been open since 1974. Food The food is average at best. The choice is quite limited and the food area itself is tiny. The “hot” food is only hot if you time it perfectly. Otherwise, it’s mainly lukewarm, which isn’t exactly what you’re hoping for when you’ve gone to get a hot meal. Fussy eaters are pretty much screwed. My son is a fussy eater and spent two weeks eating mainly chips and bread at the evening meal. Thankfully, there are plenty of great restaurants down by the beach, so there are alternatives. The dining area itself is also far too small for the number of people using it. They’ve squeezed as many tables as possible into the space, meaning you’re constantly either in someone else’s way or having someone in yours. People are knocking into tables, knocki

Currently spending 2 weeks here, into our second week now its absolutely never been a 4 star hotel, ive stayed in better 2 star hotels in the past. Food very basic and cold most of the time, pool is tiny, air-conditioning just blows warm air out, on arrival you get 1 token per person for a drink and have to have the plastic glass with you every time you would like a drink, even at 7pm whilst waiting for the restaurant otherwise you cant even get a drink, only good thing about this hotel is its relatively close to the beach were you will find lots of nice bars and restaurants. Wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was the worst hotel we have ever experienced. It advertises itself as a child-friendly hotel, but our experience was the complete opposite. There were no baby changing facilities anywhere in the hotel. When we asked reception where we could change our baby, we were told to do it on the floor, which was completely unacceptable. The food was repetitive, often cold, and not suitable for young children. To make matters worse, when we asked for a high chair for our son, we were handed a price list and told we would have to pay to hire one. Charging families to use a high chair in a hotel that claims to be family-friendly is unbelievable. Each evening, we needed our son's milk warming up, but the bar staff were consistently rude and reluctant to help. My partner had to ask several times before anyone would warm it for us. This is a basic request that should be accommodated without hesitation, especially in a family-oriented hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment, and the entertainment was poor and disappointing. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. The hotel falls far short of the standards it advertises, and we certainly would not return.

i stayed at this hotel from the 17th-24th july 2026, severely disappointed with the hotel as a whole. we arrived early hours of the morning and the man on reception checked us in and gave us our room key. we headed up to our room and was shocked at what we where given, the room was not even big enough to open both suitcases. we then realised that the aircon was leaking water and considering the heat conditions during those dates we where very worried. we discovered our balcony door did not lock and was also left open upon our arrival, we also discovered we had one plug in the room which was located in the bathroom, the fridge was not plugged in and there was no available plug to use to be able to plug the fridge in. we then went back down to reception to express our complaints as this was not what was advertised online and we where hugely upset about the situation. we thought there may have been a misunderstanding considering the room however the receptionist was very very incompetent and said we would have to return the next morning to hopefully amend the issues, however the receptionist did not put our minds at ease and was explaining how there is nothing they can do to help and no rooms where available to stay in, we even offered to pay extra for a different room just to feel sake and comfortable. also, the hotel turned off the aircon multiple times throughout the night for long periods of time which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in such hot conditions. me and my partner where on our first holiday together and where hoping for a smooth and easy experience however this was the complete opposite. The food, the snack bar was very very disappointing and only had the same 4 options every day there was no variety, the pop machines where constantly not working resulting in the pop (pepsi) being water. The drinks bar was another huge shock and disappointment, for any cocktail you had to pay for them bearing in mind we payed for an all inclusive experience, we where very suprised to realise that this was far from all inclusive as we payed for nearly every alcoholic drink we consumed. The buffet was not very inclusive, there was no standard basic food like chicken nuggets or pizza. If you are a picky eater, which i am, this hotel is not fit for you. overall i felt unsafe and not comfortable within the hotel, and i did not have a good experience, do not fall for the false advertisement off this hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The breakfast was very repetitive with limited choice every day. There was no omelette or pancake station, and lunch and dinner also lacked variety, with the same dishes appearing regularly – usually white fish, chicken wings, and drumsticks. Far from 3 and 4 stars hotels. I wouldn’t rate this hotel more than 2 stars. The pool is quite small, so it becomes crowded quickly with lots of noisy guests. Whats more… the biggest issue happened on our first day when we found a massive cockroach in the bathroom. I tried to call reception, but the room phone wasn’t working. I had to go to reception in person, where I was simply given a can of insect spray and expected to deal with it myself. After killing the cockroach, it remained in the bathroom until the cleaner came the following day! This was not the level of service I expected from any hotel. We didn’t spent a lot of time in the hotel, apart from sleeping, so can’t comment on entertainment. Overall, the food, facilities, and customer service were disappointing. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, sorry for harsh but factual review.
