very central to small *****..close to cove..good bus services..staff that I encountered were lovely..friendly courteous and efficient..I arrived late at night and was leaving at 7pm..I'd no issues using my all-inclusive band till I was leaving but sadly others did..a proper system needs to be put in place for all-inclusive regarding late departure from the complex..food was good..plentiful but at times cold .. bainmaries need hot water in them to keep food at temperature not just relying on overhead lights..the staff work hard here and should be appreciated more by clients...the place is always clean ... the rooms are dated but comfortable serve their purpose...I personally won't be back ..not because of the service here but because of the mosquitoes...would seem they were all-inclusive too ...on me...

Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds.
The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it.
I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff.

Mrthas Apartamentos is grate value for money and in a good location to local amenities with Palmanova beach only a 10 minutes’ walk away and bus stop just around the corner with links to other beaches, Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. Buses also to Palma Airport and Palma with links all over the island. The team at Mrthas are very welcoming and helpful, we shall be staying there again in the near future.

Had a fantastic time at this apartments staff excellent Alex who goes above & beyond to help you apartment was over looking the beautiful pool area ,very clean We had clean towels every day maid every 2nd day they were so nice Had English TV not free view but films etc Beds very very comfy has a microwave fridge freezer & 2 ring hob but eating out is fantastic Mercadona supermarket just behind plenty buses takes you to Palma / Magaluf / Santa ponsa Come out the apartment take a left then 2 mins you have Mollys bar an Indian restaurant Archies bar / restaurant great food & bar staff When you come to Mollys there is a lane that takes you to a fantastic beach We are a couple age 65 & 80 & we will definitely be back

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, nice quiet location. They are trying their best to upgrade the hotel, lovely pool and for the price you wouldn't get any cheaper or better in the area. Would recommend and will return 👌.

We have stayed here several times over the past few years. Very clean rooms and communal areas. Central location between Palma Nova and Portals Nous. Helpful friendly staff. Plenty of local amenities. Will definitely book again for next year.

Martha's Apartments are simply lovely for a relaxing holiday. Extremely clean, perfect, quite location, but only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Palmanova. Great supermarket 2 mins walk away. Great coffees in local cafe. Only downside is the WiFi, which is very intermittent. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

The WiFi was shocking. Only got decent coverage by reception. Also Reception opened ( sign on front desk) 10am 14pm. When I checked if they had an email address to confirm time of arrival I was told no email only you had to ring Martha's Apt directly Place lovely location very quiet especially around the pool area which was what we wanted. Just disappointed on WiFi only to catch on news etc. Thank you

Martha's could be a nice little place to stay, if only it was updated. The rooms are shabby, appliances is the kitchen have short leads and only one power point at hand, so you can't make toast and a cuppa at the same time!! The bathrooms look tired, stained walls. On a positive the living area is big, nice balcony with sea view (in the distance). We were visiting a family member in the area so it was convenient for us to stay, but not somewhere I would have chosen otherwise.
