Hotel Gabarda

We came for a week in July , such a lovely small run hotel was perfect for us, rooms clean breakfast was beautiful , all the staff fab , Antonio especially went above and beyond ( makes a cracking cocktail ) ) we are returning next year , saw some mixed reviews but honestly for the price , location and the extremely polite staff it's worth every penny ,

I cant fault this hotel. We stayed for a week. Receptionist Anna was very friendly and helpful. She was very informative about a day tour we had booked. Every morning Silvia and Jose took our breakfast orders efficiently and promptly - and didn't even charge us for add on's on some days. The hotel room itself was spacious though the bathroom was small and compact but that is what we booked - a no frills hotel. What stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. I loved the location too. Few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Around the corner was a great bazaar and there is a branch of Tedi (German discount store), & Lidl. No shortage of eateries nearby. Our favourite was the all you can eat sushi buffet restaurant at the roundabout, at a reasonable price of 14 to 17 euros.

I have loved my experience at the hotel for a few days break.The hotel was so hygienic with breakfast options have a large variety.A massive thank you to Antonio,Anna and Adele and the young bar lady and man.We have been to many hotels and never felt so at home.THANKYOU!We will see you next year, Kind regards Round family

We have just stayed a week in this hotel..had a fab time, friendly staff, fantastic freshly cooked breakfast, spacious rooms, definitely be back..

We travelled as a group of 6, 3 couples. This was our annual 4 day break. I booked a Jet2 package, cheap and cheerful, but wary as to what we were letting ourselves in for. It turned out to be a great holiday made even better by the friendly staff at this hotel. The rooms are basic but they are very clean. The reception and breakfast area are very modern and clean. The breakfast is made to order and fresh. The air-conditioning is excellent, it was red hot while we were there. The hotel is a few streets away from the beach area, no issues with noise etc. We loved the hotel so much we have already re-booked for July 2027.

Once again another fantastic holiday at this marvellous hotel.Everything was again so good at this hotel -rooms ,staff ,breakfast,reception etc etc .This is the best hotel in Palma Nova.All of the staff are so friendly and especially Antonio and the breakfast waitresses. My daughter and her partner and family came with us this time and they absolutely enjoyed every minute of their stay. We can't wait to go back and see all our friends at this fabulous hotel Hasta luego !!

My daughter had recommended this hotel to us as she had stayed there last year. On arrival, we were greeted by Antonio, who was very friendly, explained everything, and also helped us with our luggage, as we were on the 3rd floor and this hotel does not have a lift. The aircon was on, and thank goodness, the weather was hot and very humid. The hotel is made up of 3 parts. The Gabarda, The Gil and The Martinez. We were in the Gabarda which is where you'll find the reception, the bar, the breakfast room and a pool. The Martinez also gas a pool, a little smaller but no other facilities. Everyone checks in at Gabarda and if you've booked b&b that's where you go for breakfast. Talking about breakfast, it was excellent, all cooked to order, table service, a good choice of Full English or Continental and you can always buy a few extras for a few Euros more if you want to. Snacks were available during the day up until midnight, just a small menu but ample for a lunch or anytime you felt hungry. Only 12 sunbeds around the pool but there was never any fighting for them. Rooms were very clean and well kept. We had a large balcony with 2 sunbeds on but it was so hot we hardly used them. The staff were amazing, so friendly and go above and beyond to help with any queries or issues that might arise. I have to mention Antonio, Jose Miguel, Adele, Mayta and the fantastic cook who's name escapes me but she's an Irish lady who's been there a long time and cooks the best breakfast!! Would we go back? You bet ! It's not a place for small children as they don't have the facilities to entertain them. The only thing this hotel lacks, is lift, especially if you book a superior room on the 3rd floor 😂

Basic but very clean room, has everything needed for a comfortable stay, very close to the beach and bars, very peaceful around the apartments on a night for sleeping, pool area is very nice with comfy sun beds, all the staff are so very friendly and helpful, I would dedinitely recommend these apartments, could not fault the apartment or the staff, we would go back tomorrow

Excellent Hotel. Small but a definite 4 Star. Very good roomed especially b&b rooms (Premier). Staff the best ever. Bar very good and breakfasts excellent. Only a small pool but that did not bother us as we use the beach which is about 13 minutes walk away. Pool sub beds look very comfortable. Really clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Would I go again? Yes if staying at Palm Nova.
