The hotel is cleaned every other day, the breakfast is quite rich, there are many locals, and parking is free. Hot water, tea bags and coffee are available for free all day in the hotel lobby. This year and last year, I booked overseas hotels on Ctrip and became a black diamond customer. But the experience is that the hotel rooms in the United States or Japan on Ctrip are not in a good location, at the bottom of the floor, the last one or two rooms in the corridor, and the windows are either facing the wall or the corner.

They gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned. Lauren said. it said the room was cleaned. The bed wasn't made and there were towels on the bathroom floor. She apologized moved me to a different room. However she wasn't very pleasant, she seemed annoyed by it. It was not her fault it said the room was cleaned.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. I really enjoy having my 1st cup of coffee in the room as soon as I wake up. Now for the feedback. Your coffee machines in the rooms are the worst I have ever seen. The pod inserts are flimsy and usually don’t fit into the machine during this day. The pod fell out, knocked over the cup of coffee all over the desk the chair and the floor I would clearly suggest Keurig’s.

The hotel was clean. And the receptionists at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant. But unfortunately the morning lady was not as friendly and welcoming especially when I asked for the pool area to me opened. And I received the same unpleasant and unwelcoming energy from her. Plus she wasn't nice to the kids when they thanked her for opening the pool area.

Lots of breakfast options available daily. Coffee/ tea available in lobby 24/7. Yummie freshly baked cho chip cookies sometimes magically appear in a basket at the front desk, what a nice touch!!

Everything was perfect. Women who worked at the front counter was super amazing! Sameone was giving her a hard time and she handled it like a champ. Kept her composure and was able to check us in without issues.
