The hotel is located in the south of Miami, facing the street. It is a small two-story building. It is easy to find. There are some small shopping malls and restaurants around. There is a large supermarket called Falls nearby, a ten-minute walk away. You can check it out. The hygienic condition of the hotel is average, the breakfast is very simple, and the price is cheaper compared to surrounding hotels.

I booked this because of all the stellar recent reviews. But here’s the truth - this place is a dump. It is NOT recently renovated and there is nothing new here. The breakfast room was depressing, food looked gross & even the coffee was bad.

Room had hairballs on the floor, bathroom floor was so dirty. The room felt dirty, I am stranded for three nights due to weather and had to move hotels it was so bad Spoke with manager and they said for ******* to contact the manager of that hotel

The room smelled musty, was damp, and the bathroom has mold on the tub base. The sheets/ bedding smelled like maple syrup.

The room floor is dirty. Staff are not friendly. Staff at the breakfast would rather spending a lot of time directing customers to clean the table themselves instead of helping out.
