호텔 스탭들이 매우 친절하고 1층 레스토랑 이용이 편리하며 맛나요. 다만 스탠다드,디럭스 일부룸은 창문이 없어 답답하긴합니다.

호텔은 클락 SM 쇼핑몰과 도보로 이동가능한 곳에 있으나 호텔 주변의 거리에 트라이시클과 이동하는 사람들이 매우 많아 복잡하고 항상 조심해야합니다
호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고 방에서 마사지를 받을 수 있어 많이 편리했습니다
호텔 1층에는 식당이 있으며 방으로 음식을 갖다주기도 합니다
방에는 금고도 있습니다

가성비 훌륭, 직원들의 서비스 마인드 및 실행 훌륭합니다.
약간의 아쉬움 두 가지...
1. 트립닷컴 등 인터넷을 통한 예약과 호텔측 직접 마케팅 툴을 통한 예약시 제공되는 서비스의 유료/무료 서비스 차이가 큽니다. 예를들면 공합 픽업 샌딩서비스/근거리 픽드랍서비스에서 인터넷 예약 고객은 유료로 이용해야 합니다.
2. 예약한 방의 컨디션이 케바케의 차이가 있는 듯...
저의 경우 방에서 나는 곰팡이 냄새로 약간의 기분이 다운.

시설이 럭셔리하거나 풍광이 좋은 곳은 아니나 편안하고 안락한 분위기이며 레스토랑 음식이 한국인에게 싸고 맛있게 느껴집니다. 차량 픽업.드롭 시스템도 편리하여 앙헬레스 시내 어디를 가더라도 불편함이 없더군요. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 영어가 서툴러도 언어의 벽을 그리 크게 느끼지 않았습니다. 호텔이 시내에 위치해 있어서 도보로도 여러 술집, 편의시설 접근이 가능.

엘리베이터가 없다는 것이 큰 불편이고 오래된 건물이라 방음및 상태가 깨끗치 못함 그냥 하룻밤 머물다 가는 것은 괜찮지만 2-3일이상 숙박은 스트레스 받을듯

대부분 한국인만 숙박하는 장단점이 있는 호텔로서 장점으로는 가격이 싸고, 한국사람들이 많으니까 이런저런 정보(가령, 골프)도 얻을수 잇고, 한식당이 붙어있고, 직원들이 친절합니다. 가장 큰 단점으로는 시설이 너무 노후화 되어 있다는 것이고요.
