Very hard bed The bed is very very hard and the pillows very low so difficult to get a good nights sleep. The shower head holder was broken so every time you turned on the shower you got water on the floor. Beware of a $20 charge if there are 2 people as the base price is for 1 person (a horrible practice).

We paid full price for a tiny family room which essentially was within a full of building site as the Hostel was having major renovations. That is all fine but when you are not told that this is happening and you pay full price. Not good.

Great stay Great location, easy access and we were able to check in early which was great! Shower was slightly dirty however everything else we cannot fault.

Avons dormi pour la 1ère fois dans cet hôtel. On ne pourra juger le cadre car en travaux. Très bien placé dans une des artères principales de la vieille ville, l'accueil est excellent par le personnel. Les chambres sont très correctes ainsi que les SDB, la literie étant bonne. Assez calme pour la zone. Bonne expérience.

Hemos pagado 75€ por una doble en un hotel en obras, sin ascensor, con grietas en la paredes que te hacen dudar si el edificio es seguro, y encima muy sucio, una vergüenza. Se piensan que pueden tomar el pelo a turistas y peregrinos... indignante! Hay hoteles de 4 estrellas en este país que tienen el mismo precio y evidentemente estan en condiciones.

Teníamos una habitación en un cuarto piso y nuestra sorpresa fue que el hotel estaba totalmente en obras excepto las habitaciones y evidentemente el ascensor no estaba. Surrealista que tengamos que subir 4 pisos andando y en medio de obras. No recomendable en absoluto este hotel.

N'avons pas dormi mais pris des verres durant la san fermin dans le bar à pintxos appartenant à l'hôtel. Bon accueil, prix normaux. Nous y avons également pris le petit déjeuner là aussi les prix étaient corrects et le choix large.
