This was a wonderful place to stay for the festival. Easy walk to the city center but QUIET at night! The staff was very kind and helpful.

This is an excellent location for people who are visiting the festival. It is about a 1 mile walk from downtown but is quiet and sane. It is also going to be a much better price point than staying at one of the downtown hotels in the middle of the craziness. The office staff is wonderful, and the process is seamless.
