"Our experience was that we couldn't even enjoy the hotel. The shower screen was missing a seal, so the bathroom flooded with water. When my husband stepped out of the shower, he pulled something and we had to leave the hotel at 4:20 PM to go to urgent care. It's such a shame. (My husband has a disability with reduced mobility). Why didn't the maintenance staff or cleaning crew notice that piece was missing? In conclusion, we ended up in urgent care without even using the room, and the hotel offered no suitable solution for the circumstances... not even an apology. I don't think we'll be returning to this hotel, which is a pity because it used to be our go-to hotel in Pamplona."

"This property is in a fantastic location very central to walk everywhere it’s just near St Nicolás church The young man who checked me in was friendly and helpful The room was basic, but had what I needed. There is a hairdryer, shower, reasonably comfortable bed. No tea or coffee making facilities, limited toiletries The set evening meal was very good value for money and very tasty. The main thing that lets this hotel down is the two young female staff. The treat guests as an inconvenience especially if Spanish is not a first language. I have been learning Spanish for two years but they were not at all helpful and just spoke very fast!"

"Shameful last minute cancellation by the property 23 to 25 may 2026 stay This property cancelled on me 10 minutes before check in time claiming overbooking, on a staurday. I struggled to find alternative accomodation in the centre and had to pay double and my stay in pamplona was ruined. They never apologised even. I had paid in advance as well."

"The location is very good. It is on the hill of the old town and is very close to everything. We drove there by ourselves. The old town was closed during the Running of the Bulls. We could still drive into the city. It felt very cool. The hotel is small and exquisite. It is a castle, so the room must not be too big, but the bed is huge. I have never seen such a big bed. It must be 2.5 meters? Haha, very comfortable. It is definitely noisy during the festival, just treat it as background music. The Running of the Bulls is great. It belongs to the series of this life. Feel the spirit of entertainment to death of the Spanish people. There are so many activities, but the body can't keep up. Basically, I run out of energy after three or four activities. At this time, the benefits of living in the city are reflected. You can go back to the hotel to sleep and recharge, and then get up at night to continue high. In short, this trip is worthwhile, and I strongly recommend this place to everyone."

"We stayed here for 1 night while walking the Camino Francés. Pluses: - Good location in Old CIty - Lovely views from the rooms - Newly renovated - Lots of outlets, fast wifi Minuses: - The renovation seems to include a "smart climate" system that prevents any temperature modification in the room. You can override "too much heating" or "too much A/C" but you CAN'T change anything when it's too hot. We visited when the temps were 33C/95F, and the room was stifling. No fans. We had to open all the windows, and barely slept. - Strangely uncomfortable pillows that also prevented sleep - No in-room coffee, tea, or refrigerator - Breakfast is not free (and located in a weird sub-basement) - No staff in the evenings to help with heat issues Overall, AVOID and go to Aloha Hostel instead! We stayed there on a previous Camino and loved it."

"We stayed at this Hotel to get to know Pamplona and see the Hombres G concert. We went to Pamplona by train. To go to the hotel we took a bus that left us very close to the hotel. As we arrived and were given the room, we ate at the restaurant. The food is very good with mixed dishes (they also have a menu) generous quantity and good quality. From the hotel, we walked to the center; a pleasant walk that does not take long. The room was comfortable and noise-free. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was good. In conclusion, good hotel to visit Pamplona"
