Really bad service , absolute ignorance from the management of hotel to problems and Complains. My coat was completely destroyed in laundry of the hotel . The coat was brought to my room , pretending that it’s clean ( in fact was dirty and destroyed ) . I went to reception , the manager was “ busy “ and could come to discuss . The manager of laundry recognise that it’s there mistake but they can’t do nothing about it. Service and food on the new year eve was disgusting 🤮 really don’t recommend this hotel

We have just stayed at Hotel Perelik - it was our first time in Bulgaria and we weren’t sure what to expect but we weren’t disappointed! We have travelled a lot and the hotel interior is gorgeous, the food and breakfast is really nice and the views from the balcony are also amazing. The beds and pillows were also really comfortable. Our room was extremely big (more like a suite) and the hotel has many facilities such as a spa, really big swimming pool, a bowling alley, travel money exchange and the ski shop to collect lift passes is also in the hotel which was easy to collect passes. There is a regular ski bus which stops right outside the hotel which was a lot less hassle than we thought. The breakfast was lovely in the hotel and we also ate in the surrounding bars/restaurants and would recommend Glamour Chalet, Neptun and Dak’s Irish Pub for food. All are reasonably priced and food was great. The only downsides I can comment on for Hotel Perelik was the steps to get to the hotel are quite dangerous which I read on the reviews before booking, but I wouldn’t let it prevent you from booking as the rest of the hotel is outstanding. I also read about noise, and I agree the walls seem very thin as you can hear people talking in the corridors as they walk by but we didn’t find this to be an issue. Overall we had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend!

Renovated hotel with nice rooms, lobby and restaurant. Located in the ski resort of Pamporovo, amidst the beautiful nature of the Rhodope Mountains. During the winter there is a great opportunities for skiing and snowboarding on tracks of varying complexity.

We booked two suits and one double room for our family vacation from 15-20 August 2023 in Perelik Hotel. We checked in on Aug 15 in the late afternoon. The rooms were OK but the hotel itself is a bit shabby. The bad surprises started on the next morning - when we went out on the balcony we were met by a swarm of wasps. Since my daughter is allergic to wasps, I immediately notified the reception staff. They promised to take care but during our short stay nobody came to our rooms to spray the balconies - the housekeeping lady just gave us a bottle of spray to do it ourselves. On Aug 16 a group of Romanian kids arrived for a summer camp. They were accommodated without an accompanying teacher in the rooms, part of them in a maisonette right next to our double room. They were very noisy, did not respect the quiet hours and disturbed all hotel guests on the floor. On numerous occasions we asked them to respect the rules in the hotel and let other people rest. We notified the receptionist and the shift manager but nothing changed. The next day things escalated as the kids went knocking on the doors and running away. I contacted the shift manager again and she told me she could not do anything. On Aug 18 we requested a meeting with one of the teachers who was very arrogant and said these were not her kids so she could not control them. During my conversation with the teacher the shift manager remained silent and unconcerned. That was the point when we decided to look for another hotel for the remaining days of our vacation. So on Aug 18 in the afternoon we checked out and moved in hotel Murgavets where the attitude of the staff was totally different and we fully enjoyed the two days we spent in Murgavets.

This is a renovated hotel with big modern rooms, new spa with all kinds of sauna rooms, lounges, swimming pool. Very nice staff and most amazing views. Also i was very impressed by the breakfast buffet, hands down is the best breakfast I have had and we travel all over the world a lot. The manager at the restaurant was making sure that nothing is missing and was very accomodating to us. Will definetely come again and this time will try the dinner menu which I regret missing.

Not the worst hotel but for sure worst 5 star hotel! Limited food options both for breakfast and dinner. Most of the staff are very rude! Throwing plates to your table and they simple don't offer any solution to your requests. They are also very very slow. There is a kids club but no one to attend your child unless you pay some extra for a stone coloring activity. Children of all ages go into a room without any single adults to look after them. I saw a couple of bullies (probably 8-9 yo) who were bullying my daughter (5yo) and never sent my daughter to the club again. And that place is not clean either. There is no room service at all! You have a menu in your room with a wide room service options. But when I call room service, someone answered the phone who was apparently surprised when I wanted to order food. Asked me to wait and that they will call me back. 5 minutes later they called and took orders. 5 more mintues later they called again and said right now they are busy and can't offer room service. 1 hour later I called again, it was approx. 9pm and somebody answered who don't know english and said something like "coccina finish" and hang up the phone without letting me say a word. I went to reception to complain about this behaviour, they told me they don't know why room service not doing their work but offered no solution. They said they took notes to tell the manager in the morning. My daughter had fever and puking from all foods in restaurant. I just asked for yoghurt and plain pasta. They didn't help at all. Beds are not comfortable at all and curved down in the middle. A/C is either working too much or is not working at all. You can't set a temperature at room. It is eith 30 degree or 20 degree in the room. The shuttle only takes yout to the very bottom (malina) of the slopes. If you want to go the biggest center (studenets) of slopes you need a taxi for 10 euros. There is an exchange office on lobby floor but it's hard to find it working. I tried different working days, different working hours and 5 of my 7 tries it was either closed or the person inside was counting money and writing something and told me "come later" (she will keep doing that for 15-30 minutes) Spa facilities was ok. The main problem was the "NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS OR HAPPINESS" attitude. They literally offer no solution to any of the issues. Probably some of the 3* and cheaper hotels are way better than this.

We have booked three rooms and i made bank transfers for the 20% of the full price. Even though i sent an email with the receipt of the bank transfer they charged us the full price for one of the rooms (unacceptable for a 5 star hotel) and when we proved that we actually paid the deposit they didn't gave us the money back in cash but we have to wait to get the money through the bank.. Beds and pillows really uncomfortable and the room was too hot, we couldn't sleep and we had constantly to get the temperature down and open the window. Breakfast was very good and also the spa was excellent. We also appreciated the shuttle bus for the ski center. Overall it was a good experience but it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars.

Ive gone skiing in Pamporovo 5 or 6 times and Ive stayed in the Perelik the last 3 times! I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. The Perelik really is a 5 star hotel on a campers budget. Everything about the hotel is exceptional especially the leisure centre which is free for guests! It’s just a great experience. There was plenty of fresh food every morning and evening! I liked most of it but some people in my group found the food strange but could always find enough of what they liked! Pamporovo is a great resort for beginner to intermediate skiing and in my opinion the Perelik is the best hotel in the resort. Greg

Fabulous Hotel! I cannot believe it hasn’t got more great reviews - the hotel is brilliant - comfortable rooms and great showers. Breakfast is fab. Shuttle bus’s take you back and forward from the slopes for no extra charge - two fab restaurants/bars attached to hotel and not forgetting the amazing spa. Staff are all friendly - Will definitely stop here again in the future
