There was no refrigerator, but once you get used to it, it's not a problem.

Very worst experience in this hotel, staff was very rude, room with water leakage, bed with bed bugs

We cancel-led the booking through make my trip who was asked to make alternate accommodation in panjim itself. Alternate hotels like arcadia and cam-pal was mentioned to us but nothing materialised. Finally we were told to shift into rio boutique which according to this person was just 1. 8 kms, however when we go-ogled it was more than 8 kms. This was a night mare for us as tree top neptune lift was not working in the first place and then this harrowing experience. When we asked this gentleman to cancel the rio booking. He refused. Please ensure our money is refunded.

It’s not a hotel. It’s a lodge. Dark and shabby. No lift, no lights! full of smell. Do not go there if you are with kids. But location is the best thing of this lodge. Food or restaurant is not there. Not even tea you will get.

It’s totally waste of money. Pictures are shown was not at all there. Lift was not working, rooms were dirty & stinking.

The location of this hotel is probably the best feature. It really is in the middle of Panaji city,and once at the hotel you can walk to all the shops , The standard rooms are very average. While not dirty, they are hardly clean either, and are pretty dingy and depressing. Overall, if you are just passing through town, and need somewhere to stay one night, this hotel probably would be convenient and easy.

As per the price of hotel. Room is no good. Or water bottel or other soft drink selling mor then mrp

I recently stayed at the Treehouse Neptune Inn Hotel, and it was a complete nightmare. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and suspicious marks on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable, with springs poking through the mattress, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold in the shower and a broken toilet that kept running all night long. To top it off, the staff were rude and unhelpful, refusing to address any of our concerns. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel..

1. No parking available 2. ⁠Lift was out of order for long period, had to climb down and up by stairs on 4 the floor. All guests were above 70 years old. 3. ⁠Tea not available. You have to walk to have tea. 4. ⁠Though kettle was there the lid was broken and falling while pouring boiling water. 5. ⁠The towels were provided only on repeated requests. 6. ⁠Out of 5 rooms booked, two side rooms were very small in size.

Throughout my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The amenities provided, such as the fitness center and on-site restaurant, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my experience. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

Stay was average as the ac was not working. No towel or sopes given. We have to ask for it

The hotel was not upto the mark. The entrance was bad and the rooms are stinking like hell. The corridors were stinking too. The lift was old fashioned but works well. The bathrooms were okeish. The receptionist was good at talking and was helpful with helping out with the bike dealer & all. Due to road works we couldn’t find the hotel properly. And most of the surrounding people were not aware of the hotel as it was looking old & broken.

The hotel is different than the photos. It’s very ordinary hotel with most things don’t work. Staff is courteous though.
