Good location near toll and mall. Double pane glass on the southside of the building would help reduce the sound of the thousands of cars and motorcycles going down the main street in front of the hotel and help reduce cooling costs. Staff is very helpful and professional. Recommended!

Nice hotel, busy though with lots of weddings and celebrations. Location ok, but about 30mins into the old town and about 30mins to the airport. Close to shops

Smell strange in the room. but otherwise, I think its good value for money

The service is nice and accommodating. The cleaning service is good.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, and there are several areas that need improvement: 1. The Wi-Fi was unstable and limited to only one device per user ID, and the signal was very weak. 2. The check-in process was disappointing. I booked a twin-bed room, but was told it wasn’t available and had to switch to a king-bed room. 3. The TV was outdated with limited channels. 4. The shower water wasn’t hot enough, seems like there's an issue with the boiler. 5. There were strange noises coming from the adjacent rooms. 6. Most of the breakfast meals were cold and plain :)
