Casco View Apartments

This is our second time at Casco View. The location is fab and there is a supermarket diagonal on the corner. Although the neighbourhood is a little run down, within a few blocks you're in Casco Viejo and I never felt unsafe (even going to the supermarket in the dark). The area is up and coming. Service from Marcelino was great and we even got an upgrade.

The apartment is not as pretty as how the photos show. It is close to Casco Viejo neighborhood, which is a great thing (5 minutes walk), but the neighborhood it is located is not good at all, it is a dirty and poor neighborhood, loud music till 5 am coming from neighbors, and windows do not have two-way noise reduction. The apartment has good security.

If you don't mind getting shot through the window or the streets, then it's perfect. Good Luck

Room was clean large and great to have kitchen and laundry in the unit. The pool is small and not really a lounging area. Overall it was super loud, dogs barking, alarms going off and immediate area a little sketch

Staff was nice, they responded quickly when I realized our coffee pot didnt work. The pool was very small and the pool area was just okay. The area around the apartments was quite rough, there's car alarms going on frequently. The street was very dirty and though the neighborhood appeared to be safe, it was not very nice for visitors. The apartment itself was clean, the pictures made it look much bigger than it actually was though. It was a comfortable bed. The kitchen was Truly bare Bones with just appliances and dish soap which was fine but you needed to go to the store immediately even for coffee

The property was ok however I did not feel safe in the area it’s located

We live this property and stay here whenever we are in town.

I loved the location , apartment was nice and spacious. Manager was very attentive and the safety of the building was amazing . Even enjoyed a few of the soccer games on the corner

Hard to say my feeling about this place. Marcelino, at the front desk, great and happy person. Great communicator. As far as the apartment, clean and would say new looking. First floor apartment so ants for the first 8days of my stay were coming in kitchen and even making their way into the bedroom. For a new place, not having plugs on the counter surprised me, had to request an extension cord, even that it only work for one item (coffeemaker) but not for the toaster. Shower does not drain properly. I was there for ten days, not once someone came in to clean, even after I asked if someone could come pick up garbage, no one came. Not sure if you get a place through ******* that is the norme but not once someone came to clean.
