This hotel fully lives up to its five-star rating. The room was luxurious and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and crisp, white linens! The breakfast will satisfy anyone's cravings, with an abundance of fruit, salmon, Asian cuisine, and so much more!!! Highly recommend!

Great hotel - nice restaurants downstairs, nice local shops and lively ambiance. Great for all kinds of travelers. Rooms are a bit run down now, but decent size and value..

This was an absolutely lovely experience! The staff was professional,attentive and helpful, the rooms clean and the restaurant food(s) delicious……we thoroughly enjoyed this stay, and highly recommend it to others…..

For business or pleasure nice hotel, but 1. really BAD Breakfast. 2. One of the front desk executives, really rude.

Reception took a while to find my booking whilst they kept me waiting without providing anything. Otherwise not much to say about the stay.

It's an amazing property with all amenities with ample of restraunt options. Have always loved staying here.

Nice to stay

The location was ideal for us, and the hotel was very comfortable. We felt very comfortable at this hotel for 14 days. There are excellent restaurants nearby, and the metro is also not far away. Although Panama isn't very pedestrian-friendly, we did a lot of walking.

The hotel has a casino, and there are restaurants below. It's OK.

The room is big, but not fully functional, there is no bathtub, no USB charging port, the flushing toilet in the bathroom is too loud, dare not flush at night, it will wake people up
