The réception man in a morning was absolutely irrespectable.... Talking to his friend or someone else on the phone during customer was waiting his discussion until to gave us 30 sec just to asking us"check out, OK bye... Even good morning he did not tell us!!!! Shame on him!!!

An international standard four-star hotel🏨 close to the sea🌊. The rooms are large and the outdoor swimming pool🏊 is close to the sea, which is very comfortable. It is very close to the city center of Teguo and also close to China Town.

Nice scenery and delicious milk

Hotel with extensive facilities, with ******, swimming pool, shops and restaurants. The Las Hadas pastry shop/bar had very good food, good service and was open 24 hours a day. The room was large with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean and they left complimentary bottled water every day. A negative point is that on 1 day they forgot to clean the room. When we called reception to complain, they offered us to do it, but it was already nighttime. As a personal opinion, I didn't like that the bathroom has frosted glass instead of a wall, so I didn't have much privacy.

Hotel with very good services especially the gym and the pool. The breakfast is also rich and varied. The only drawback is perhaps the archaic of the rooms, it needs a renovation
