-酒店接機服務不錯，小夥子舉牌接機，很熱情，幫着拿行李。韓國車，車子還比較新，不過空調不行，風大但不製冷。
-酒店的位置一級棒。腦中取靜。就在古城裡，酒店門口位置相對開闊，不遠處就觀巴拿馬新城景天際線的觀景點。
-酒店的服務比較人性化，幫忙叫車，夜晚房間保險櫃出問題開不開，值班小夥子進進出出幾次，積極幫忙解決。
-房間設施有些老舊，空調不間斷的開着，房間依然很潮濕。後來發現，大衣櫃附近的木地板有返潮滲水。衞生間洗澡的

We wanted to try a small hotel close to the water in the old section of town. This was a great choice! It was in the heart of lots of activity yet quiet at night. Inspired: Sain and his entire staff Food: Fantastic Service: Spot on Room: Very comfortable and cool Return: Yes

The restaurant was wonderful and bartender charming, but the room was dark and dirty. The air conditioner barely kept up and did not take the humidity out of the room, so the furniture was musty. The decor is Italian classical and charming, but not at all well kept. The floor was so dirty it turned our barefoot black. I actually washed the bathroom floor with the bathmat that got so wet from the sloppy shower. Our bed had a heavy duvet and no top sheet. We asked housekeeping several times and they said they would bring one, but never did. I actually went into the unlocked linen room and made my own bed. We paid for the room with the balcony, but it only had one chair. We asked several times during our three night stay and never did get an extra chair - so the balcony was useless. The breakfast was great and it seems to us that the hotel and the restaurant/bar are under waaaay different management.

We loved this place. From the moment we walked in, we received the best service. Everyone was helpful and professional. Room was wonderful. Breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Location was spot on. Highly recommend.

This hotel has beautiful architecture and decore, we stayed in a room with two floors and a balcony overlooking the city skyline. Everything was high standard and the staff were super helpful! Walking distance to great restaurants and more. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful little boutique hotel located in the most nice area in Panama City. Here, the service is really good and the staff Sain was very friendly. The interior is really beautiful and the exterior to. There is a very nice rooftop with a swimmingpool and a view of the skyline of Panama. Highly recommend to stay here!

I have not actually stayed at this Hotel. I had reservations for 11-28 but canceled on 11-6-23 due to the protests and roadblocks. The Hotel charged my credit card the full amount on 10-27 without permission as I was to pay at the property. I have made numerous attempts to reach management but they are NEVER in and NEVER return my calls. Does anyone know how long it takes to process a refund??

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Palma! The location is perfect with a wonderful view of downtown Panama City. The hotel and rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, and the shower is good with hot water. Food and drinks are excellent. The staff is amazing - very attentive and friendly. After several days, they felt like good friends. Thank you to Roman, Sain, Kenard and Daniel for making my stay in Casco Viejo so special. I will be back!
