I don’t care how attractive the price may seem, do not stay here. I booked 4 nights here thinking it was a good price for a non-hostel bed that was somewhat close to Casco Viejo. Thankfully on my way here from the airport my uber driver told me to be careful because this was an unsafe area. He was right. On my final night here I got dropped off in an uber at 7:30pm right in front of the hotel. There was a group of men outside who were waiting for me as soon as I opened the door. They were very aggressive in pretending to want to make friends, and when I said I was sorry that I just wanted to go to my room they got very confrontational, telling me to watch my back around this area. One man even followed me into the lobby continuing his threats, but management did nothing about it. The whole stay was a nightmare. On day one I went to leave my room and noticed my card wouldn’t open my door. I went down to the front desk for a key card reset, but it still didn’t work. The cleaning person’s key didn’t work either. Apparently, the door was broken and couldn’t be fixed. So I had to wait a half hour until they could open my door before retrieving my bags and moving to a new room. Super inconvenient to experience this immediately after a long flight. On night 3 I came back to my room and found 3 cockroaches running around at various points in the night. On the third floor. This was very unexpected and very disconcerting. These weren’t the only problems either. The WiFi was quite poor and kept dropping. The windows weren’t well sealed and you could hear the loud traffic clearly at all hours of the night. The staff spoke no English and even when you spoke to them in Spanish were apathetic at best, but typically dismissive and a bit rude. I don’t care what the price is here, this place is not worth staying. Either pay the extra money for a good hotel in a good area or reconcile with spending nights in a dorm room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

It’s a good budget hotel, good bang for the buck. It has a pool. In brief, it’s a good place to stay if you’re in budget.

The hotel is very basic and needs updating. The ac is old, the staff were not very friendly and welcoming and didn't make an attempt to converse in English so if you're not spanish speaking take your stay somewhere else. The location is within an unsafe neighborhood with lots of grafitti and homeless people. It's very much like a motel and not a hotel.

Staff spoke a bit of English, I requested late checkout. The room was clean,spacious and comfortable. The price per night was great value,highly recommended.

Everything was very clean, but the facilities are old. The service could be improved. The cleanliness was fine.

This is a hotel with good value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy, and overall it's decent. There are several small supermarkets around the hotel, and it's close to the beach, with a small swimming pool. The only drawback is the lack of a refrigerator and hairdryer.

The internet was not very good at first, but later the boss specially changed the room for me. The service was good and the price/performance ratio was very high. It is worth recommending.

The location is average, with parking spaces and a swimming pool. The air conditioner in the room is a window unit, and the cooling effect is average. The shower water is quite big. It is also convenient to eat around. There is a Chinese supermarket opposite that allows shopping.

Ottima posizione dell'hotel e dei servizi offerti. Non mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale. In generale la pulizia non è molto buona, nella stanza ho trovato insetti e cucarachas.

Básico y muy antiguo, se nota que no le han hecho ninguna mejora, pero está limpio.
