Great exprience staying at the Ravine Hotel . The reception is warm and prompt, the service is quick and the people are warm . We had checked in early but the receptionist was kind enough to rest in the temporary room which was made for this purpose and had all the ameneties. I havent seen that in hotels who sometimes ask you to sit out in the lobby . We had a two nights stay and the place is impeccable overlooking the great ravines , the surreal cloud kissed mountains and the majestic river flowing through the mountains. The mist simply added a touch of magic to our stay. The only sore point was that food could have been btter especially the veg ones as they were slightly underprepared . Overall a brilliant stay , loved their kind hospitality and also the fact that it is situated right on the main highway makes it very accessible. Travellers tip If you are travelling by the bus or using a taxi ,The locals and Bus drivers call this with different names , some call it Revan, Ravin, Revin and Rivan . Thank god no body called it Ravan !!

The location of the hotel was great, just after entering Panchgani & paying the municipal entry and pollution tax. The view of the valley and the lake from the balcony of our room was mesmerizing. Cozy rooms with a balcony, small bathroom with toiletries, running warm water (not hot) which was ok as it wasn't cold yet. The entire premises & the rooms were very clean, restaurant was decent with some open seating space overlooking the valley and the tennis courts (they have 4 of them) a couple of cats to enjoy breakfast with. Breakfast was complimentary and for dinner too, the prices were reasonable and the food tasty. I only wish that there were some more protein preparations for he vegetarians in the breakfast buffet. The gym was also very good with very few users and there was a swimming pool as well. It was a good 3 days' break from the hustle bustle of Mumbai as the place was quiet. Though on the 3rd night, sound from the adjoining room (as it wasn't occupied before) were a bit disturbing for falling asleep. Overall, a great property for a short stay at a decent price and good food, cleanliness & service.

It was a wonderful stay at Ravine. Everything was excellent, from the spacious rooms and exquisite views through the huge balcony to the delicious food at their restaurant. Ravine offered a complete experience. From their breakfast to their hospitality, everything stood out. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would love to visit again. A truly great experience

Very nice experience, Rooms are clean, food is tasty. View from the room is breathtaking. I would recommend others to visit if it's in budget. And in the end while checking out they handed cute little plant and delicious cookie.

This was my 4th visit in Ravine international in last 2 years stay was pleasant and services were nice. I love too stay in this property everytime i think of getting relaxed i choose Ravine

The staff was polite and helpful. The owners were so down to earth. The restaurant had great food with super amazing breakfast. The view from the rooms was breathing taking. Love to return back anytime

This hotel stay was a nightmare due to widespread uncleanliness, with rooms filled with dirt, dust, and dampness, creating a revolting atmosphere. First room we got was with crushed blanket, foul smell, marks on chair and after lot of complaining they managed to get one room changed but again not a major difference The lobby's leaking issue presented a persistent, unavoidable nuisance. No one is there to attend you in breakfast.. one persons just ask your room number and forget you and your family The overall poor management, indifference from staff, and severe neglect of hygiene made this one of the worst hotel experiences, strongly advising against any stay. We have stayed at Ravine couple of times in past and every time it was great experience but now it has lost that all
