This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Indonesia. The room was poorly ventilated, had a strong musty smell, and it was difficult to sleep even with a mask on. There were no windows, and the sheets and linens were filthy. The room cost 1300 yuan for six people, and they wouldn't refund the online booking fee. They refused to refund the room for just one person. This is a terrible hotel! There were no toiletries or slippers; when we asked them to provide some, they said they didn't have any. They wouldn't even let us check out, as they don't refund online bookings. It was filthy and chaotic, and the breakfast was disgusting. Never stay at this kind of hotel with such poor service! Avoid it!

Actually, the hotel is nice, the swimming pool is also nice and comfortable for children, for my size it costs 750 thousand/mlm, why don't you get sandals, you can't get toothpaste, you have to buy toothpaste and drink water on the first day, only two bottles, the second day, you can't drink any more and it's around the hotel Gallon drinking water is not provided, thank you Uni Beach. If the service will be improved later, I would like to stay again. Good for beds, AC, bathroom, availability of towels, etc.
