Overpriced for what it is. The beds are rock hard, we ran out of water and separately couldn’t have a hot shower. The tv wasn’t working. Even simple things like missing towels and not being able to use a credit card.
The staff are great at being attentive to something going wrong but this stuff should’ve been fixed before we started our stay
If this was cheaper I wouldn’t be too critical but it shouldn’t be this expensive with so many simple things missing or not working

물 수압도 더 좋아졌구요~ 애들 델꼬와서 숙소에서 하루종일 수영하기 좋아요!! 알로나비치랑 떨어져있어도 셔틀도 다 운행되고 툭툭이 5분정도면 가요~
숙소앞 망고. 식당 서너군데 있어서 알로나까지 나가기 귀찬음 숙소앞에서 먹을수 있어 편해요 ~
다음 여행엔 아는 지인이랑 오기러했는데 다시 방문할 예정입니다~~

地點偏僻，要出去一定要坐車，飯店一般般，但房間有小陽台加分，泳池滿漂亮的，會有飛機經過，聲音蠻大的，一樣的價格可以找到更好的飯店。

The place was overall great. The view I have from my room had a very great view of the pool and pool bar. The staffs were also very accommodating. I got stung by a bee and asked the staffs if they have an ointment at first they said they didn’t have since it was out of stock but they bought one immediately for me. That alone was a great experience since they really care for each guests requests. Will come back again in the future. Thankful for a wonderful 3 nights stay☺️

Worst hotel i ever been, rooms has lots of cockroaches, no hot shower, the bed is very hard its like you are sleeping in the floor. Not worth staying there you will get stress.. Please dont stay here if you want a stress free vacation then avoid this hotel

The place was eh.
- Room
The good, Room was clean, Air Conditioning worked well. Complimentary toiletries. Room was cleaned everyday with refreshment of towels.
The bad, Ceiling in restroom was unfinished with screws still showing and could tell the moisture & humidity had already done its damage and there’s mold in some spot of the caulking. Bed was super hard and the fridge didn’t work. Hangers to hang clothing would have been nice as well. We had only had 2.

Internet was non existent. Kept dropping out. Making it really difficult to do any work or even get emails heaven forbid you try and load a website.
- Hospitality
Staff was super friendly and the complimentary shuttle to Alona was great. Welcome drink was kind of a joke. They offered us Nestea. When we asked if they had anything else we were told we’d have to pay extra.
Breakfast was not great but edible. Only allowed 1 complimentary instant coffee for each person.
