Panglao Island Franzen Residences

The hotel is okay for the price. It's not new, but it's kept clean. Everything worked perfectly. The room had two large beds, a refrigerator, and a kettle. There's a shared terrace on the second floor and a balcony on the other side where you can dry your clothes. The beach is an 8-10-minute walk away. I didn't like Alona; I expected more. It's a very crowded area.

As soon as we arrived, we spotted a clump of hair in the bathroom, and the sink and faucet had seen a lot. We stayed for five days. For the price, it's fine, if you overlook the cleaning and completely overlook it.

It's very convenient to get in and out, it's near Alona Beach, and you can get there by walking on a one-day sea cruise in the morning! The boss's son can speak a little Chinese, and the family is very welcoming!

Not a bad hotel, has everything you need: refrigerator, safe, shower, stable internet and air conditioning. In general, I didn’t spend much time in the room, so the base was enough for me. Cleaned every day, but there were a lot of ants, but this is in many places in the Philippines. But in the bathroom there was some kind of gathering of local insects, either the spider Sergei would come to visit, or a huge beetle or cockroach Ignat. But Sergei didn’t seem to like him very much, or they didn’t share something, so I found Ignat tired in the bath. Therefore, we had to enter very carefully. The hotel itself is located about 10 minutes from Alona Beach, I like to walk, so it was fine for me.
