Affordable place to stay in Alona Beach. It is located a bit far from the main street, around 10 minutes walking, but on the positive side you have less noise and crowds. The hotel restaurant offers real Italian food (very good pizzas) and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The room is big enough, with a very comfortable bed and balcony that comes in handy.

Excellent budget hotel by Philippine standards. The staff is great and very responsive. It's quiet and cozy, and they have their own restaurant with affordable prices.

Facilities: The pool in the courtyard was really nice, but everything else was pretty mediocre. Cleanliness: I can't even begin to describe it. Environment: Excellent. Alona Beach is just a five-minute walk away, which makes up for everything else. Service: So-so.

Quite humble accomodation, very dated. The curtain is inexistent so difficult to sleep beyond 6am. There are works ongoing so incredibly strong noise goes from very early morning, 7am or so, until late afternoon. Breakfast is very basic, coffee is the powder one. Room was not cleaned for 4 days. Bed is comfortable and personnel very kind, location quite good. Fine for 2 night but there’s many better options available at that price, if not less…

Excellent! There's a swimming pool, and a bar and restaurant downstairs. It's also very close to the beach.

Great location for the price! The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, and the rooms themselves are a bit dated; our air conditioning wasn't working very well. But a huge thank you to all the staff, who were always very responsive, helped us with everything, and tried to resolve our issues! They were a great help!

Great place to stay - will book again in the future.

Place was good and a short walk down to the beach. There was noisy Russian tourists staying on both sides of our room but it was ok and the pool was just outside our room. Free breakfast included and the food was good. So a good stay for the money.

Receptionists are very approachable and accomodating. Food is the best! If you’re looking gor legit italian food I recommend this place. I think for the rooms it has a little to improve. Like for the cleaning changing of rugs and towels everyday.

Nice resort

The grounds are very green. The rooms are quiet. A very nice and clean pool! There's a Russian diving center and a delicious restaurant on site! I liked the continental breakfast better; the crumpets were so delicious! We had pizza and lasagna for dinner, and everything was delicious. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk to Alona! One downside: there's construction next to the hotel, so it's a bit noisy during the day.

The location is convenient; it's a 20-minute walk to the beach for diving and only a 5-minute walk to the main street for dinner—extremely convenient! 👍👍

Quite a good small hotel, the price-quality corresponds. The territory is well-kept. The pool is clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Water 2x0.5, if not enough, you can fill it in the cooler, as well as hot water. At our request, we were provided with a kettle. Breakfasts on the menu of two types - Filipino and continental, without vegetables and fruits (except for 1 piece of watermelon per person). One big minus is the neighbor's rooster crowing every morning. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. The hotel has an Italian restaurant. We ordered pizza, delicious.

Cozy hotel. The room has air conditioning. There is a very good restaurant on site, delicious food.. a good continental or Filipino breakfast.. your choice. Pool. But the beach is a problem... I couldn't walk to the place where I could swim... but I had no goal, so I calmed down with the sea views from the observation deck.. if a beach holiday is the main goal, it is better to find another option. There is a bus stop and a jeepney nearby to get to Tagbilaran.
