Since my originally booked hotel was unresponsive, and as a woman traveling alone I had concerns about safety, I ended up booking this hotel without having much prior information. I stayed here for 4 nights, and I’d like to share my honest experience 🙂 The staff always greeted me with warm smiles, which made me feel comfortable and welcome. They showed great patience and determination in trying to resolve any situation, never giving up easily. Grab works very well here — both car rides and food delivery were easy to get. The location is convenient for accessing tour operators. Contrary to some reviews, the swimming pool was always clean during my stay. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not steep, so it wasn’t too difficult. The beach in front of the hotel is nice for relaxing and lying down, but not ideal for adult snorkeling. However, it seems suitable for young children under 7 years old to play safely. The hotel layout is a bit different from typical hotels, so it may feel slightly confusing at first. Breakfast offers three menu options: American, Filipino, and one additional option I can’t quite recall. If you have an early tour and can’t have breakfast, you can request a free sandwich in advance. I also discovered that you can enjoy a nice massage at a nearby place outside the hotel. The hotel have a very beautiful sea view. The staffs all very kind and excellent service , only the room the toilet a lot of mouldy ,shower head not work well and the safe box can’t use .

The hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.

The view out to sea was good. At 6am every morning the tourist boats would start thier noisy diesel engines. Pool is very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The shore either side of the hotel was very dirty with litter.

The staff were fantastic. The services the hotel offered were good, including airport transfers, tuk tuk for local travel, laundry service and really nice food. I wish I had checked my final bill from the hotel, as several food items appeared on it that we definitely didn’t order. Although not a big deal it did amount to over 1500 php. Maybe each time a guest uses any facilities, the staff could get them to sign the bill each time, this would minimise errors. But overall a great place to stay.
